WWE to Broadcast Show Highlights in VR

WWE will soon be bringing VR highlights of select 2018 WWE events.

WWE is partnering with NextVR to produce six 10-minute VR experiences this year. Fans will be able to watch the highlights for free on a new WWE Channel in the NextVR app following each event. The app is available to download on the Samsung GearVR headset and Google Daydream View, along with a compatible smartphone, PlayStation VR, or the Windows Mixed Reality platform.

Both companies will be positioning custom VR cameras throughout each event to give fans an immersive new look at the WWE action. Each VR highlight will feature "pivotal moments, epic showdowns and surprise appearances."

“WWE is amazing in VR, and we know fans are going to love it,” David Cole said, NextVR CEO. “Our patented VR broadcasting pipeline will bring fans ringside with WWE Superstars to experience the electrifying energy and spectacle firsthand.”

you can get a decent thing for your phone for pretty cheap.

Yeah, most places I walk around have stuff like that for about £20-30. The more expensive are for licenced ones for Samsung which you can even get for free when you get a new phone contract in places but on its own for about £50 or so.
