If New Day breaks up, who’s the Reigns?

This isn’t about which guy would get the biggest push, it’s about which guy wouldn’t move past the gimmick. Which guy would still come out to the same theme, wearing the same gear, doing the same mannerisms and/or spouting the same catchphrases months after the team came to an end and his former teammates had developed into something new?

Xavier. Aside from Big E's Creeperness, they've all pretty much been completely subsumed by Xavier's schtick as it is, right down to wearing Up Up Down Down gear.

Big E was supposedly Vince's pick, while Triple H backed Roman.

edit: also the person responsible for probably their most profitable catchphrase with the cereal and what not was Big E.

Years of singles booking shows it's not going to be Kofi. And Woods will be too small in Vince's mind.

Big E is way more in the mold of guys that they traditionally like to push.

For what it's worth though, I could kinda see Woods being the Rollins!

I think people haven't read the opening post if they are wondering why people aren't picking Big E. It's because the OP is asking which one of them will still be using the New Day gimmick and outfits after the breakup like Roman did with the Shield music and entrance gear.

I still think it would be Big E or Kofi, i don't see Xavier keeping the mottif.

I imagine Xavier, as the least (relatively, I mean they're all great) talented in ring. Plus he's the one who STARTED with a Power Ranger gimmick and has the devoted gamer thing going for him too, so it'd look weird anyone else taking the gimmick with them.

I really really like him, but Xavier without a doubt. Kofi had his own thing and Big E seems like he can adapt easily. When the New Day ends, Xavier has nothing else left.

Xavier. I mean Kofi's Kofi. He's established and he'll be a future Hall of Famer before the New Day stuff even started. Big E's got a harder time but he's done some stuff, I'm sure he could figure it out. Xavier's a different case. I think he'd keep the New Day gimmick because without that he's a lost cause.

Big E. and it's not even close. He's the biggest (always a plus with Vince) and probably the best overall.
