Who do you never see becoming world champion or, if they've become world champion, you never see them becoming world champion again.
- I'm just gonna say it: Bobby Roode. Yeah he did his thing in NXT and yeah he's popular but nah man not with the juggernauts they got on the roster right now. I don't even think a heel turn can save him. For all the shit that was said about Jinder imagine if Roode won the belt. Like Roode just seems boring, not animated and imagine if he didn't have that intro and catchphase, I can't imagine him holding the belt. Yeah I can see him being a midcarder but when you've got a guy who's less energetic than Dolph "I'm not that damn good" Ziggler and Jinder "MY HOMIES STILL (interfere in matches ft. Lil Wayne)" Mahal then that's a problem. He's gotta do something. I'll also say his NXT time wasn't that great either. Man is 40 as well.
- Dolph "I'm not that damn good" Ziggler. Easy to see why. Next.
- Sheamus. Sadly even though he's putting on the best work of his career with The Bar, if he really is injured I don't see the big guy making it 2 more years. Sheamus is about to turn 40. He's had a great run and I feel this is his cool down period.
- Kane. I laughed writing his name in because I remembered that he's in a world title match at the Rumble. Only gold he'll be holding is randomly chokeslamming Goldust once he's outta this main event picture.
I'm not gonna name Jinder because the guy's literally only 31 so he'll be around 10 more years. Who knows what'll happen with him until then. Maybe he'll awaken to that next level, who knows.
And no I'm not putting Kofi down because I get a feeling that he's going to get a Mark Henry "thank you" run down the line.
Who you got?

Brock Lesnar after this current run - Having him disappear for months at a time with the title is not going to cut it
Dolph Ziggler - Speaks for itself
Sheamus - I think even without the back injury he clearly better with a tag team at this point in his career
Cesaro - I think if/when him and Sheamus break up, if he doesn't take off that's it for him

Miz. His devotion to making the Intercontinental Title "his" seems like it's more than just a character thing. The dude seems to genuinely want that to be the belt he's synonymous with.

I am not sure Seth Rollins or Dean Ambrose will be Champion again. They seem pretty far from the position.

Generally my stance is to never say never... I mean it took Mark Henry how long to win his world title?
But yeah I don't see Dolph ever holding it again, probably true for Miz and Kane too.

But to a kid who watched wrestling in the 90s, a lot of guys we now consider legends held that title and made it seem super important back then.

They just need to let Cesaro be himself and badass. He's not that hard to book.

Ehhh Cesaro for the last few years always came off to me as someone no doubt has the wrestling ability to main event but his all around game was sorely lacking For me personally, I always felt he was much stronger in a tag team because he feels much more comfortable playing off someone else and comes off looking great However, in saying that I would like to see his next singles push be successful because he is no doubt entertaining in the ring

Around a 100 more days and he'll pass Pedro Morales as the man who has held the title for the most cumulative time. I can see him taking the title back from Reigns, breaking that record, and then him moving onto the world title scene again later in the year.

I honestly don't know why he wants it back. Let him make the Universal title special by beating Reigns for it or transfer to Smackdown and take it off Styles or Nak. Also Roode may be 40, but he sure as hell doesn't look or wrestle like it! He's got a few WWE title runs in him. Ain't like he's over the hill like Kane, no disrespect to the big fella as I've always been a fan.

I’ve always loved the IC title and I remember as a kid my dream was to be trained by Chris Benoit and win MITB and cash in on the IC holder, that of course will never happen for reasons

I am not sure Seth Rollins or Dean Ambrose will be Champion again. They seem pretty far from the position. I disagree heavily on this. They are lightyears away because Roman is always going to be top dog of the Shield, but once one of them get separated from Roman in a shakeup, they'll easily be a top guy on Smackdown.

I am not sure Seth Rollins or Dean Ambrose will be Champion again. They seem pretty far from the position. Yeah I have to disagree with this as well. All it could take is a perfectly orchestrated heel turn and Dean could be the biggest bastard in the company, and Seth will always be in the upper/main event, no way he’s not getting more than one title run in the future.

I think Ambrose and Rollins will be World Champion again one day. Ditto Miz.I think Jeff Hardy,
I don't see Kane, Ziggler, Sheamus, Bray, Jericho winning it again, or Cass/Enzo, Cesaro, Samoa Joe, Corbin, Rusev or Big E ever winning it.
In fact the only potential first time winners on the main roster imo are Nakamura, Braun, Kofi, Zayn and, don't laugh, Broken Matt. And that list lowers substantially in likelihood after Braun.
