The best thing about this US Title Tournament, is that stuff like New Day going solo - but also still being together as a group, can be tested to see if it will work. To me it has been. Woods might be the slightly weaker in ring member of the group, but he's taking this shot and making the most of it, while still having the support of his buds. I know it won't happen but I actually want Woods to win the Title.
Just, please no on freebirding the US Title like the Tag Titles.

Well he ain't getting past Jinder so I don't think you have to worry about it.

Well he ain't getting past Jinder so I don't think you have to worry about it. I know he’s not. It’s obvious Jinder’s winning the thing, I’m just saying it’s awesome Woods - who’s been a Tag guy for the last few years - is getting a shot like this to be a singles guy.

In addition to this there is also Big E being in the MMC with Carmella. Really cool to see them go their own way while sticking together. I hope there is never an actual break up

I really wish they'd shock us all and somehow have Mojo go over Roode and Xavier go over Jinder. I know it won't happen, but the idea of two folks who really haven't had big time singles careers clashing over the US Title would be great.

They could really add some depth to title scenes if they let tag guys compete every now and then while still keeping their pairings together.

They should definitely never break up. Just keep them affiliated even if they go after singles titles.
