Seriously anyone calling her "Female Baron Corbin" need to get their heads checked. I don't even hate Baron but Shayna is NOT that. Seriously. It would be Baroness Corbin. In all seriousness she has a great aura about her and everything she does looks incredibly violent, all with this really great smug egotistical aura, I like it a lot. |

It's clearly just an angle. Shayna has too much to lose from a legit injury she caused. And I say this as a fan of both Dakota and Shayna. I don't think anyone is thinking Shayna legitimately injured her here, but they were wondering if Kai was already injured and this was just a way to cover it and get heat on Shayna at the same time. |

I don't think anyone is thinking Shayna legitimately injured her here, but they were wondering if Kai was already injured and this was just a way to cover it and get heat on Shayna at the same time. That most likely is the case. By the way does anyone know who the heck is Ember's next challenger? Why hasn't that build started yet? |

nL need to get another fundraiser in the works. Johnny will sabotage that and get them kicked off Twitch again before he lets that happen. Seriously, hoping it's a kayfabe injury and not something to cover up a legit injury. |

Yes... fear the wrath of Ronda Rousey's Brutus Beefcake. If there was any justice it would be the other way around. Shayna earned her stripes in the indies and is doing a great job as the top heel. It pains me to think that her more popular counter-part is going to get just the basic training and run all over the division; or at least that's the current fear. I honestly don't think of Rousey when I think of Baszler and I wish they were never associated because she's all good on her own. |

Yeah Shayna's a freakin beast. Eat your heart out Heel!Sasha, you've been leapfrogged. I don't know that I'd go quite that far - NXT heel Sasha had so much heel swagger. The only downside was the NXT crowd cheering her anyway. People who say that about “heel Sasha” know main roster Sasha and didn't pay attention to NXT BOSS Sasha. She was legit one of my two favorite things in WWE as a whole, maybe number one. |

The comments on the video are effing terrible, saying Shayna has no look, no charisma, and is only getting where she is because of Rhonda, when in the video Mauro even lists all the shit she's done and people she has trained with, it's been well established she worked the indies for quite a bit, and as for charisma, I'd say she showed a lot of it in that match alone, it's a shame the Trolls and Idiots make up these comment sections.

I think a more apt comparison for Baszler is Pete Dunne, especially with all of that joint manipulation and bullish behaviour. Hell, that'd be one power couple I wouldn't mind seeing heeling it up for the MMC.

I think that might just be the widest gap between "Someone mostly beloved" and "Someone mostly hated" someone could come up with, regarding a male and a female WWE active (even if Dunne's a part-timer) talent. |

During the Mae Young Classic, she looked really green, and that was pretty recent. And they were definitely tapping in to the Ronda connection. She has improved, but she still has to owe 80% of her success to being assosiated with Ronda. It's a double edged sword. |

It doesn’t mean that I don’t think she’ll succeed, but there’s no way they’d have invested any time or money in a 37-year-old with such limited experience unless it meant landing Ronda. |

I thought this was a fantastic angle. Shayna bullying the trainees in the PC was a perfect set up, and the brutal ending to the match (and her attitude) made her look like a monster. A very successful angle that wasn't over complicated, and instantly sent Shayna to the top of the division.
As for the attack; I can't figure out how they did this safely. It looks so nasty and very easy to mess up. Dakota was the perfect choice because she's ready to be on TV today, but now she has a ready made angle for a few weeks/months down the line when she can come out to get retribution on Shayna.
I've always thought the Baron Corbin comparisons were just because they looked alike, with the high hairlines, I didn't think they had anything to do with talent?
