JBL is a bully, plain and simple. The fact that him, and Bob Holly made a good life for themselves while behaving like they did is a shame. It's also a good sign that others were complicit in it. Sure, Vince or other higher ups, but even the fellow wrestlers probably weren't too torn up about it. They get to not be the bad guy, but if enough of them had a problem with it, it wouldn't have gone on as long as it did. |

I’m just glad that even though they may not have really gotten any punishment back then, the truth about most of them does eventually get out, and their reputations have taken a hit. It's also a good sign that others were complicit in it. Sure, Vince or other higher ups, but even the fellow wrestlers probably weren't too torn up about it. They get to not be the bad guy, but if enough of them had a problem with it, it wouldn't have gone on as long as it did. I’m just glad that even though they may not have really gotten any punishment back then, the truth about most of them does eventually get out, and their reputations have taken a hit. As far as Snuka is concerned, they had a full blown tribute video to him when he passed that had an incredibly awkward reaction from the crowd. All they had to do was an image. I supposed that is a good point, but it seemed like Moolah and Mae Young were pretty much tied for legacy in the later years, so it wasn't as obvious. Also, I have heard some not so great stories about Mae Young as well. |

Moolah wasn't "erased" from WWE history. Stephanie mentioned her around the time of the womens' royal rumble announcement. She also compared the terrorist attacks on 9-11 to her dads steroid case, what can I say.... Steph’s gonna Steph. |

The Vader one is more both tbh. The story was Shamrock was very green and this was his first PPV match, and his punches were all connecting. Vader was notably getting angrier and angrier until one punch broke his nose, at which point he hits back with a magnificent clothesline which damn near tears Shamrock in half. The match continues in this vein, but it's more "hey, watch your punches" kid than a Bob Holly v rookie special.
