I sure hope WWE broke all ties with Bob Holly.

We’re calling Steve-O a “WWE Wrestler” now?

I'm sorry but the triple beatdown of Holly, Guerrero, and Benoit against Daniel Puder will always be funny to me.

The Vader one is more both tbh. The story was Shamrock was very green and this was his first PPV match, and his punches were all connecting. Vader was notably getting angrier and angrier until one punch broke his nose, at which point he hits back with a magnificent clothesline which damn near tears Shamrock in half. The match continues in this vein, but it's more "hey, watch your punches" kid than a Bob Holly v rookie special. That's strange as Vader always seemed to me as someone that liked working stiff.

I sure hope WWE broke all ties with Bob Holly. He's never mentioned anymore. I don't miss him.

Badly written, badly researched and all stories that have been infamous for years.

well didn't Bob Holly get some comeuppance when he broke his neck trying to sandbag Brock?
Anyway it's harsh, but from what I've read, it seemed like Puder deserved it.

well didn't Bob Holly get some comeuppance when he broke his neck trying to sandbag Brock? For what it's worth both Holly and Lesnar have said it was a simple botch, not sandbagging, and it's not like Brock is one to be diplomatic.

For not letting Angle beat the shit out him like he’d just done to two other competitors, one to the tune of some cracked ribs? Yeah, I mean come on! Look, Angle is my favorite wrestler ever, but what the f*** was Puder supposed to do? They put him in a situation where Angle just legitimately injured a guy. Nothing is kayfabe at this point and they put him in a position where no one knows what the hell is going on. So does he let Angle man handle him too? Does he shoot and possibly impress the boss (this is Vince McMahon we're talking about), does he back out? He's screwed either way. The whole goddamn thing was stupid. Whoever decided it was a good idea to embarrass these young guys by putting them on live TV and legitimately taking liberties with them and abusing them should have faced more public scrutiny.

From what I've read, Puder's Tough Enough win went to his head and was acting like a big shot douche backstage.
