For those who think "Whoever buys it will make the company better!", it's more than likely more like WCW when Time Warner took over. Big Mega-company that doesn't care, and will shut the damn thing down at the first opportunity. That's one thing people tend to forget. Turner Inc. wanted to sell WCW ever since they bought it, but Ted Turner wouldn't let that happen. Unless the head boss is a fan, it'll be nothing but a tape library within a few years time.

I was thinking that too, but I feel that’s the risk that needs to be taken in order for things to have a chance to get better. If any one that’s part of the McMahon family stays in power the company will never be good again. It’ll always be the same quality that it is now since none of them knows what works in 2018 & that includes HHH.

Disney would buy it and make a better version than the original creator could.

If I had a time machine, the literal first thing I would do is grab a kendo stick, find the person who started the “Disney buys WWE” rumour and beat them over the head with the stick.

Meltzer is saying Fox has interest now. But doesn’t Disney own most of Fox now? It’s weird though where I heard Fox still owns some things like their TV stations & few other things. I don’t know the full details though.

I don’t know the full details though. The deal with Disney and Fox isn’t happening officially for another few months for approvals and whatnot and even then, Fox would still own the main network and Sports, just not FX and the like. And even then, if approval committees don’t allow the deal to go through wholesale, that could change too.
