Seriously think about it. If WWE just went with the original plan would we being dealing with all this shit now? I say no.
If Roman had just beat Brock after the imo awesome match they had at 31 where they neat the shit out of eac other and tge crowd was loving it.The fan backlash wouldn't be even close to how hostile it is now or really even remotely close.
Yes people would've still booed Roman winning, but if given the belt and then Rollins cashes in in a SummerSlam or later it would've been Win/Win (most likley). Roman is officially crowned ONCE, not 5 times, maybe wins over the people, plus Rollins still gets a run too.
Thoughts?

Seth couldn't cash in at Summerslam. The contract expires long before then.

There is some logic to this. Reigns gets his win and either fizzles out or wins over fans depending on what his post Mania feuds would be. The Triple H match was always going to happen though. Maybe not for the title and maybe not at Mania, but it was always going to happen once Roman speared him the night after Mania 30.

Nah, the impact was MUCH bigger at Mania to have him cash in there rather than the Raw after, that would've been way too predictable. Mania 31 was a master chess-stroke for his character.

There are pros and cons each way.

Maybe Vince would've been bored by Reigns now...

Yeah, that Seth Rollins reign is when I started not to watch RAW regularly.
Trying to take Seth seriously as the main guy was painfully difficult. Seth's spot now is where he should've been back then.
I skipped that Wrestlemania, something I'd never done since watching Mania from 2006 onwards and was glad I did once I found out Seth won. I'm sorry, you have these Goliath men in Roman and Brock, but go with Seth? No thanks.
Roman is kinda screwed for as long as he is in the company. His only chance at being a huge face was at the 2014 Rumble and beating Brock at Mania.
Turning heel won't help either in the long term.

My bad about the MITB expiring. Still could've had Reigns hold it until MITB PPV and have the storyline of everyone knows Seth has to cash in or lose it.
