When was the move originally banned? Right after he won the title at WM:Play Button?

Seth probably just told Vince he came up with a new finisher and Vince bought it. Vince also probably lost his shoes again.

Seth: "Vince, with Jericho appearing next week even though he's with NJPW, I was wondering if I could go back to doing the Curb Stomp?" Vince: "Why certainly Pop-N-Fresh! I owe my robust physique to your tubes of triple-bleached goo!" Seth: "Woo-hoo!" Buzzfeed had an article about the Pillsbury Doughboy actually having a name: Pop 'N Fresh. Every single comment at the bottom of the page was basically "Well, duh! We already know, because he gave Mr. Burns his robust physique."

Wasn't the concussion thing thrown out? Maybe that's why it's back.

Supposedly, Vince watched the recap of Rollins winning the title on his post-Mania apperance on the Today show, and started getting second thoughts of how it looked on daytime TV. So, that Curb Stomp that won Rollins title title might have been the last one up until tonight.

The speculation was that the move was banned because of the incoming concussion lawsuits. Has something changed regarding those cases?

Yeah, I vaguely remembered reading the rumor thread it was banned, then it was edited out of the "Rollins wins the Title" video package. I wasn't sure if I was remembering correctly, or if my mind was just telling me I saw that.

Didn't he murderize him with multiple Stomps as well?

Everyone knows at Mania 31 Roman got pinned after knocking himself out spearing Lesnar.

It's as if that cash-in gave rise to Jason Jordan.

It's as if that cash-in gave rise to Jason Jordan. Wait, wait, I've got this. If Seth Rollins hadn't become WWE Champion, he wouldn't have had to vacate the belt and it likely would have been won by Reigns, meaning both that he wouldn't have been in the Money in the Bank match, potentially altering it to where Sheamus was no longer the winner, and the cash-in in the main event of Survivor Series wouldn't have happened. Without that and the subsequent attempts to end Roman's title reign, climaxing in Triple H taking it in the Rumble, Stephanie most likely would not have received the Vincent J. McMahon Legacy of Excellence Award in which case Shane would not have come back, in which case the brand split would not have happened, in which case American Alpha would not have been called up to the main roster at that point. Seth Rollins caused Jason Jordan.

I am totally fine with them calling it The Blackout instead. As long as he gets the move back, I get it, and that's fine by me.

I like the Rain Trigger as a finisher, but love the idea of the curb stomp being back This is my stance.
