You have a problem defending the wrong things. This isn't something that needs to be defended against. Idk how someone went against those injury reports (when the injuries happened by accident) but when it comes to someone willing doing something insane like this (that could injure someone else and it's done willingly) it's ok. This is a grown ass man. I'm not defending it by any means, its something that shouldn't have happened, but I'm not going to call for the man to be suspended or something. Just have them lose a couple matches. How is a fictional record able to equate to drinking and driving?

Losing matches in a kayfabe sport is not going to do anything Suspension because of real life consequences is what needs to happen moving forward Like Domestic Violence, driving drunk should be on the Zero Tolerance list

There is a culture clash here.
Born in the UK, I wouldn't even think about drinking any alcohol and then driving in a short space of time.
Living in the US for 6 years, it happens a lot more, its not seen as acceptable, but the attitude is more relaxed, in my experience.

How is a fictional record able to equate to drinking and driving? Exactly. I'm going to give you a slap on the wrist for something predetermined instead of suspending you for real life consequences It makes no sense

And losing matches is barely a punishment for this.

Is it wrong I’m slightly relieved it wasn’t for domestic violence? Roman got suspended for Wellness. NOBODY is exempt from that regardless of card position. So he made a mistake. No one got hurt. I'm sure he feels like an idiot for a mistake. No need to vilify the guy. He probably already has gotten the riot act from Jimmy. Nobody got hurt, but, SOMEONE could have. No one here is really "vilifying" him, just stating that he should be punished. Nothing terribly harsh was said. I don't know about/probably forgot about Jimmy's situation, but if anyone is out drinking, they should not drive. They would also be a danger to themselves.

Question/Thought Experiment :
Let's go with the Wellness Strike penalty.
If another roster member is with that person, and fails to stop them, should they ALSO be given a Wellness Strike?

If the punishments were harsher, I guarantee guys would be more careful. If I'm caught with a DUI, I could lose my job and my job has NOTHING to do with driving.

Depends if the other person is drunk as well If they weren't drunk and tried to stop them than the question will arise why they didn't drive them back to the hotel

If I'm caught with a DUI, I could lose my job and my job has NOTHING to do with driving. I'm probably more lax than most of y'all because I've never driven anything in my life outside of an ATV and a golf cart, both of which aren't street legal. I don't have life experience with driving a street legal vehicle because for now, I'm physically unable. And that has nothing to do with how Jey Uso should be punished for DUI. You not knowing about drinking and driving is the exact reason you shouldn't be trying to defend it or underplay it as you are because you clearly dont understand it and look bad doing so. If you don't understand the situation then it's best not to comment on it. You have a tendency of nuking yourself in almost any thread there is a controversial topic on. The Mods know it, you should know it by now. I say this as a friend, you seriously need to think before you reply to shit or you're going to get a suspension.

Odds New Day says "y'all takin the penitentiary thing a bit far..." tonight?.. Would be nice payback for the "R-Rated" line they got on Xavier.

As someone else who cannot drive (in my case, due to seizures), I wouldn't be "lax" about someone potentially being hurt. (Even if no injuries occurred)
