Okay, so for the sake of this thread, you have access to a time machine.
Among the rules of time travel is that you can go back to any point in time and re-live it, in the moment everything happened, but cannot interact with the people of that time or change anything. So, you can't save people who died, etc. Only observe from the point of view of someone who is actually there as the event happens.
Two questions to answer.
1. If you could travel to any 5 pro wrestling events to see and experience them live, for any reason, what would they be, and why?
2. Forget pro wrestling.... you have a time machine! What three additional times/events would you travel to?
Explain yourselves!

Wrestlemanias 3, 17 and 19. 3 because of the records set and to feel the atmosphere for the World and IC title matches. 17 because of Austin main eventing in Texas and the fallout from buying WCW. 19 because it is my favorite WM (actually it may be 30 but I am too lazy to think).
Bash at the Beach 96 to be there and in the crowd for Hogan turning heel.
Probably any WCCW or USWA at the Sportatorium. I'd love to take it all in as an adult and have that perspective over my memories of going as a kid.
Additional events: 98 Rose Bowl to see Michigan win the National Title and The Game from 97 for Michigan's win over ohio to get in title contention.
Super Bowl 50 to see Denver win.
Everything else would be family stuff so it wouldn't fit the criteria.

Going to restrict this to just sports/wrestling.
Sports: Celtics game 6 2008 NBA Finals, Red Sox vs Yankees games 4, 5, 6, 7 in 2004, Patriots Superbowl wins, just want to feel the crowd at all of these events
Wrestling: Wrestlemania 3, Wrestlemania 18 for Hogan/Rock, Wrestlemania 24 for Flair/Michaels, Survivor Series 97
For one that's sort of out there and maybe unique, I'd like to go back to any of the Bruno MSG main events and a Gorgeous George match. Just want to see what it was like at the time.
