The only people who appeared were New Day, Jinder Mahal, The Singh Brothers, Mojo Rawley, Bobby Roode, Riott Squad, Charlotte, Becky Lynch and Naomi.
They sprinkled in pre-tape segments with Usos, Chad Gable, Shelton Benjamin, AJ Styles and the Royal Rumble competitors to fill out the show.
Where was everyone?

As a current SA resident, I was glad to take the night off from driving in icy conditions to Laredo for that shit show.

Kevin apparently has an injury they gave him time off for to rest before the Rumble. Figure that's why we only got Sami on MMC stuff, and AJ only shot that backstage interview.

I honestly don't mind the concept of focusing on a handful of undercard guys for an episode and leaving the main eventers to just a pretape. Makes their in-person appearances more special if they don't happen every week.
The problem is devoting 90 minutes of your 2 hour show to Jinder Mahal and any part of Bobby Roode that isn't his theme music. Oy.
