Stephanie's downfall on wwe television is her trying to be a female version of her father. Its why people are shocked to see that she's just as much of a dork as the rest of the locker room. Yeah, she's tolerable when she's being a goofball or just straight up neutral like she was as SmackDown GM! Evil bitch Stephanie who just screams at wrestlers while they stand there and take it is beyond played out.

I grinned the entire way through that. And we don’t really get his show over in the UK so what’s everyone got against Jimmy Fallon? He's popular and everyone thinks they have superior senses of humor to what the "masses" find funny.

He's not a great interviewer like Conan, but he's a very talented person. I love the "History of Rap" with Justin Timberlake and him remaking old music videos like "More Than Words" with Jack Black and "Too Much Time On My Hands" with Paul Rudd. And that's where the divide is He's an entertainer which is why you dramatically changed the format of the Tonight Show to fit him but when it comes down to its core he still needs to interview people and that seems more like a thing he wants to get out the way to get to the stuff he wants I definitely agree, he isn't a strong interviewer and feels awkward when conducting them. But I don't mind him putting his own stamp on the show, Carson did a lot of skits when he did the show. Conan was pretty bonkers on "Late Night", but he went a more conventional route when he did the "Tonight Show". Leno basically just did the most A-typical late night talk show possible. The format works for the younger audience, and a lot of the musical based numbers do well viraly. However, he does need to find himself as an interviewer. Conan is able to get the most out of his interviews and Carson just embraced the chaos. There is not set way to do it, but you can't just act like a giddy fanboy and throw softballs.

Right which is why I can't hate on his success for the show. He's revamped it to fit into the younger generation and gets viewers which is what it is all about. He's found his success in regards to having a format for the show that works. However, as you said he needs to become a better interviewer. At the end of the day you are a "talk show" so when someone comes on your show I at least want to hear something interesting instead of cookie cutter questions or how much you love them. He's very young and still has a lot of time to figure it out but eventually your crowd will change and you will have to reformat again. If you want to stay on top, become more well rounded Hell, Conan would still be there if Leno didn't get bitchy about wanting the show back and being mad about being forced into retirement

God. Triple H & Stephanie the Ass Kicker authority figures are collectively my most hated thing in WWE...but them as goofy mom & dad on this, or Stephanie on UpUpDownDown, they're so much more likeable.
Seriously, if they want to be on TV just be their natural selves as goofy comedic face bosses. It's so much better.

Stephanie when she isn't being the emasculating HISTORY Bitch on RAW actually comes off as a down to earth person
Check her UpUpDownDown appearance for further proof of that

I mean I kind of get why some people do not like Triple H and Steph appearing on Fallon or Fallon being on RAW but I couldn't be happier for The New Day. Three guys who worked super hard to be the most well known act in the WWE to mainstream audiences outside of Cena.

He's popular and everyone thinks they have superior senses of humor to what the "masses" find funny. Sure, it must be that. I mean, personally I just find his interview style weirdly suck-up-ey and he'll lapse into these periods of being too starstruck to really conduct the interview well and who has this laugh that rubs me as "I want you to like me so I'm going in real hard on finding this funny" and sort of ruins the whole deal for me. But no it's got to be the condescending answer that makes people who aren't you look bad.

Being British all I see of Jimmy Fallon are lip synch battles or the singing roulette game and I love that guy.

Calling bull crap. If you watch closely, he’s clearly lip syncing “How far I’ll f***ing go over!”

What’s the story with “am I f***ing going over”? Back in the day whenever writers brought the week's scripts to HHH he would refuse to read them until they answered his question, "Am I f***ing going over?" If he wasn't f***ing going over he would then proceed to have them changed so he was f***ing going over.

Brian Gewirtz is the primary source, was with the company for 17 years and left on good terms. There's other writers who've told similar stories, though I suspect their relationship with the company was more fractious since they never stuck around long, so whether that impacts their credibility is up to you.

I can absolutely see why people hate Fallon, but I like the guy and think he gets way too bad a rap from people The fake-laughing and corpsing back in his SNL days was annoying AF, but he's easily the most entertaining late night host today. That's not saying much, but still.

I’d trust Gerwitz’s word
