Hey. So I started a new account at a wifi place and have my internet working. It was running fine, then I had to unplug the modem, to do something else with the outlet. So...I plugged the modem the back in and..now it doesn't seem to want to work anymore. I tried unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in, which seemed to work and then the internet shut right back off again. I can't seem to get it up and running properly anymore. Would any of my fellow FAN memebers know a solution? I figured I'd ask here for a quick solution before calling the company, heh.

It stole all your thoughts that quickly. No need to work again.
If you just yanked it out the power supply you may have fried it. Things don’t like losing power suddenly.

I wish it were as simple as stealing my thoughts. I didn't yank it (heh), I simply removed it in the proper fashion. The lights are on, except for a few. I can't get the other lights to come on. It's really frustrating. I just started a new account, so no late fees causing the internet to be cut off. It was working fine when I first booted the modem up. The "online" light is on. Just the ghz lights aren't flashing. (Yes, I am technologically impaired. )

Try plugging in a network cable, if you can. See if that does anything. Sounds like it’s not sending a signal out.

It might have lost it's settings. Plug your computer into it with an Ethernet cable and try to open the modem's homepage. It should be your default gateway.
