I definitely prefer the black strap (really I don't think belts should have anything but), but the gold there looks awful.

I have seen this before, and I believe this is photoshopped rather than an actual physical belt. Although, it does look pretty sharp.
No matter, I think the 205 division is headed to the gallows.

WWE's whole aesthetic for title belts right now feels like the most artificial, focus group-tested nonsense idea, and the fact NXT's titles are all more traditional looking gives me hope that this crap is gone when Triple H takes over, because the aesthetics behind the main roster belts are just so bad.

A friend of mine moved into a place where a bunch of basement furniture has been there since like the '80s because of how long the last tenants lived there, and it would have to be broken apart by a moving crew to get it out of there because there's no way it goes up the narrow staircase in one piece. My friend's just accepted it as free furniture because it doesn't have any weird smells or anything, but there's this one red faux leather couch that is just the ugliest thing, and the universal title looks like they tore some upholstery off the arm for the strap and stuck plates on it. |

I’ve said before and say again: the titles should have black straps, gold plates, and a red or blue background on the center plate to differentiate between the two brands.
