WCW 2000 is a guilty pleasure of mine. I enjoyed Jarrett's feud with Booker T during the year. As noted in this thread, Jarrett wasn't exactly given a long reign to get over in the role.

Yes. I like Jeff as a main event guy, and he showed he could still perform at that level as recently as his brief NJPW run.
Booking (that of Russo and his own) has been the enemy in terms of how he's viewed.

Did Jarrett drop the title to Hogan thus having a 5 title runs? I'm not sure of this one. The bash incident adds to his total? He did, but Russo announced minutes later that it didn't count and Jarrett was still the champion. All title histories I've seen say Jarrett's 4th reign went from May 29 to July 9 when he lost to Booker T. Also, in a minor correction to the original post, Jarrett's 1st reign began on April 16, not April 8.

Man his TNA title runs must have bleed into his WCW ones for me because it felt infinitely longer than what's listed. That about says it all really lol

The title changes were too much but I had no issue with him as champion as a chickenshit heel. Or in TNA for that matter.
