Unlike most toylines like Star Wars and Transformers or GI Joe it seems most Comic book ones are forgotten. I got a bunch of Kenner and Toybiz promo books and I remember some of their Superhero ones were fun as hell. Hell go back to the Spider-Man TAS one we had the Spider Slayer. That was fun as a kid
Hell didn't DC had one besides the Kenner Batman one

I very much loved the Super Powers Collection from Kenner and the Secret Wars figures from Mattel. Looking back, as much as I loved Marvel more, I have to say that DC had the superior toy line.
Toy Biz later had the Batman movie toys, which IMO, were fantastic, and later they did another "DC super heroes" line that wasn't as big or long run. They did eventually do Marvel, and those were really really good!

Somewhere I still have Gambit from the Toybiz X-Men line. His jacket was the cheapest plastic imaginable, I don't think it survived a full week. And his springloaded kicking action got f'd up pretty quick, too. I couldn't get him to stand up without that leg going straight out. I eventually just had him take a knee and use his bo staff for support. Then I lost the bo staff.

I remember in my first year of college (1998) going to the local Kay-Bee and buying a whole bunch of Silver Surfer toys at 75% off clearance. All those multi-colored Surfers and a Galactus.

'90s X-Men figures were fun to play with. I had an action figure wrestling league, and I would book it based on which figures I enjoyed playing with the most, so the X-Men figures dominated the league. Brimstone Love and Metalhead from X-Men 2099 were like my Hogan and Andre.

Was very proud to pass on my Secret Wars Spider-Man to my niece at Christmas.
The Kenner ones were great as well. Had the Superman where you'd squeeze his legs and he'd do a double punch and the really awesome for its day Hawkman figure.

I'm reminded of the Justice Jogger from the Super Powers line. A bizarre toy that Superman rides for when he gets lazy or something.

I remember seeing that black costume for the first time in the toy line, and thought it was awesome as hell!

I had flipping Beast from Marvel, as well as Wolverine, Cyclops...
A few light up action ones like Psylocke, nightcrawler and Gambit...
As Well as a bunch of the super 90's Marvel heroes like Shatterstar and Grizzly.
I also think I had the Xenomorph Brood Queen figure too.

Started off with the Mego DC and Marvel figures. Then as I got older got the Super Powers and Secret Wars ones. Never had many of the later ones. Mostly cause I was in high school by the time Toy Biz started making the Marvel stuff.

What an abomination. You can scoff, but I think we all know that if the Justice Jogger had been in the Justice League movie it would've hit the $1 Billion mark easy.
