I know these restaurants aren’t everywhere and I hadn’t heard of it until one opened here, but recently they changed their name to “scratch kitchen” as in “made from scratch” which is a term I never liked and to me it sounds like more of. Grandy’s or something, than a regular place to eat like Applebee’s or something

Doesn't matter.........as long as they still make good food when I go there rarely.

They don’t advertise, yet it’s probably the most packed place in town. The food is above average and the prices are good. Doesn’t have that microwave taste like Chili’s or Applebees. I might eat there every other month. I really like buffalo wraps, Cajun pasta, and I always get the Broccoli cheddar casserole.

It's pretty decent. Their chicken every so often is kind of dry though. Still pretty good food, I'm amazed they came back since all their restaurants around here went out of business during the middle 90's.
Now, if Grandy's came back... I'd lose my shit.

“made from scratch” which is a term I never liked "Do you want biscuits with that?" "Depends, how do you make 'em?" "From scratch." "No thanks, I know where I scratch, I don't want to eat nothing made there."

Yeah, for a chain restaurant, it’s pretty good.
