Gave it an 8, I enjoyed it, but it wasn't perfect. I can see why others didn't like it too but don't necessarily get the sheer vitriol towards it. High expectation for something special met with what was essentially a brick wall of WWE being the same underwhelming shit it's been for years. A number of people even on FAN watched for the first time in Months to Years to be met with bad to mediocre results that reminded them why they stopped. I can very much understand the vitriol. On top of that people are NOT happy how The Manhattan Center was treated and handled. It was basically people being scammed out of their money by going to what they thought would be an awesome show that only turned out to be a Nostalgia Painted 205 Live House Show that some people paid like 800 bucks for, it was a huge yikes. And no the people at the Center weren't ok with it, there are live video of the entire crowd booing, being extremely tense since they basically were sitting on their hands for most of the three hours, and chanting stuff like "We want refunds" and "This is bullshit", it was not a good look for the company. I can understand those at the Centre being upset absolutely, but not the outpouring from some who watched on TV. This is absolutely not intended at as a criticsm of anyone, I just don't see the need to get that wound up by a show thats meant to be fun. There have been plenty of times wrestling has riled me, so I switch off and watch another product. It's wrestling, it's escapism and like with all entertainment, if it doesn't entertain me,I stop watching. I do really appreciate this thread though and it's intention as it's not casting a blanket and allows for all views of the show. I've not participated in these threads so far but will moreso now as there is little more disheartening in wrestling than "I hate this so everyone else does too" or "I love this and therefore so does everyone"

I've not participated in these threads so far but will moreso now as there is little more disheartening in wrestling than "I hate this so everyone else does too" or "I love this and therefore so does everyone" Some people try to make it as simple as changing the channel and for some they have and will, for others they watch the product no matter what and criticize what they think is terrible and what should change, and support who they want to support through better or worse. It is all dependent on the person just as it is when someone enjoys and doesn't enjoy something, and that's why I made these Polls, because they can definitely reflect or not reflect the same way you did and show how different viewpoints can be. More votes are always welcome as well

1/10.
I feel so stupid, and ultimately ripped off for paying good money sitting ringside at Barclays for this pathetic excuse for a show. I can’t even imagine how the fans at The Manhatten Center feel. They somehow managed to make this super hyped Raw even worse then normal episodes.
They didn’t even bother with a dark match after the show. Our main event for Raw 25 was Rhyno & Slater vs. O’Neil & Crews which got booed out the building.

And yeah we have someone who was at the Manhattan Center comment in here too... did not go well on their end.

I gave it a 2, and summarize it like this:
The pop Austin got NO ONE in modern WWE can even touch. And that's ALL these years later. That just shows you how incapable Vince McMahon is at creating genuine new stars. Not "controversial" faces that get universally booed until we have to roll over and accept it. If Austin had come up today there would be no Austin 3:16 because he'd have his script handed to him. It sucks talent that could be elevating the business are being stifled by people who needed to go over a decade ago. I think the closest we got after that was Jericho in his backstage deal. Also an older talent. Undertaker would have easily been up there had he been in the actual arena.
The "wow!" moments weren't really wow. Undertaker served no purpose (although I did like him coming out not wearing the hat, gloves, or coat he laid in the ring), the Manhattan Center thing I marked for in the beginning, and then realized "oh..." when they cut to the arena. Just misfire after misfire. This should be the wake up call that Vince needs to go. Writers need to go. Dunn needs to go.
I finally caught this on DVR and after it was over I came immediately to this thread, and before I did I thought, "Oh man, it's going to average 7 or 8, when I don't see how it was anything higher than 2..."
Thankfully most of us are on the same page.
Just meh.

The problem with this show was all the hype it got which ultimately led to not much. It amounted to your typical Raw. If it came in with no hype at all then I think people would have received it much better. This was supposed to be the Wrestlemania of Raws in terms of excitement.

So much wasted potential. Opening segment was great, a lot of funny lines but it sucked Austin didn't say anything. Seeing the Barclays center was cool, but I didn't like yet another Kliq love in. I would have prefered to see guys I haven't seen in a while like Tatanka, Adam Bomb, Bundy, Vader or Holly for example. It makes sense the Kliq was there since they were a huge part of the early days but we see them all the time and the excessive too sweeting felt like they were rubbing in the C&D on the Young Bucks. I liked that they mentioned Rude, Chyna and had a pic of CM Punk up. The rest of the legends just did the same old same old. Dudleys put someone through a table, Ron says Damn, etc. Yawn. We see this all the time. Dudleys had a run only a year ago. The parade of women's legends who just stood there was insulting to them and the fans. The Elias stuff with Jericho and Cena was excellent. Everything else was dull as hell.

There were some moments I enjoyed. Ted DiBiase showing up, The Miz winning back his IC Title (never thought I'd say that), Brother Love getting crazy pops, and them recognizing CM Punk, albeit through montages, and Jacqueline looking DAMN FINE.
Otherwise, it was a massive disappointment. You didn't win me back to RAW, WWE, with that horrendous showing. And if Smackdown keeps tanking, you may lose me altogether.

I got a bad feeling when the women's tag match went on forever. It didn't get better from there. 3/10, being generous.
What the hell was even bringing all those women back just to smile and wave? That was emblematic of the whole show.

5 in its own right, but 3 for the people in the Manhattan center. Yeah it was a let down, but I really don’t see the insulting worst show ever if you didn’t buy a ticket to the manhattan center.
