Limited to just the idea of Matt losing I don't mind it since there needs to be a reason for Matt to escalate the conflict (and after all, his first Broken go against Jeff he lost as set up for the Final Deletion), but... Man, they could have done that a million times better.
Have Bray jab him in the eyes or pull some hokey magic trick or something. Anything'd be better than Bray just beating him clean in five minutes and making Matt's running his mouth about how things are different since last losing to him look like hollow nonsense.

Eventually they will care about Broken Matt about as much as Goldust. They are spinning so many plates at once I don't think they care about how over it was/is/could be.

Bray won the war of attrition & if we get a marquee match, it likely will be when New Day wandered to the compound instead of Final Deletion insanity. |

I mean I was joking and all but yeah, dont put that evil on me ricky bobby Well, look at it this way: WWE could very well just be holding off on actually doing anything major, like Hardy Compound nonsense, until after Elimination Chamber and we get something akin to Final Deletion at WM, which, while it may not be perfect or on the level of BROKEN madness from TNA (and I say this as someone who hated the gimmick in TNA and admittedly has only warmed to it a bit in WWE), would likely be one of the best matches on the card or at least better than everyone expects. Or maybe I'm just letting my overly positive nature towards WWE get the better of me for the millionth time and we get the House of Horrors instead. It tends to do that. |
