So, given the very serious allegations leveled against Enzo Amore, it appears he may not be Cruiserweight Champion much longer... I know, you don't really care, but somebody has to. The scheduled title defense against #1 Contender Cedric Alexander (himself already a replacement contender given the ongoing situation with previous challenger Rich Swann) at the Royal Rumble has been cancelled, and it seems that, given a rash of injuries, police investigations, disappointing arrivals and departures over the last few months, that 205 Live is falling to bits before our eyes.
What do they do? Try and move on with a new champion, be it Alexander or another worthy contender (*cough*Gulak*cough*)? Keep it on Amore and ride out the storm? Or just admit defeat, cancel the whole thing and move the talents to other shows?

Vacate and have some kind of match to determine a #2 contender to face Cedric for it. Most sensible way to handle it.

I would have a six pack challenge at the next ppv for the vacated belt. Cedric wins. Hideo faces him next. It doesn't really jazz up the division but the matches will be good.

My Heart wants Drew Gulak
The dude is honestly the most over guy on 205 Live right now, he has brought nothing but growth to his character, he'd add more to the belt by being the head of the company for a bit. If Enzo is cleared, he can come back and be pissed and or demand Gulak drop the belt to him, add an interesting storyline there.
Personally, I'm gonna be shocked if 205 Live lasts much longer, it feels like the fates are entirely against it...

I'd just ditch it. The division's basically cursed at this point and what life it does have left in it is going to be strangled out by having the Mixed Match Challenge to deal with for the next few months.
Failing that... I'm torn. On one hand, Gulak is easily the best guy in the division right now. On the other, this division has by and large been a nonstop stranglehold of heels having the belt and a decent face with it for awhile might help it regain some standing. Back on the first hand, every heel on this show is booked as a total joke other than TJP and the most readily available face is Cedric Alexander who really just does nothing for me and isn't over at all.

Ditch the whole division and let the talent go to promotions that actually want them to succeed.

Burn it as a sacrifice to the Gods that have clearly cursed it.

Have some tournament, with Cedric either given a bye into the finals or at least, past the first seed or otherwise rewarded for being number one contender prior. Like, maybe say he gets to pick the stipulation and he chooses something like a ladder match in an effort to try to put him over with the crowd. That especially would be fun to do with Gulak as his opponent, given I can imagine his character wouldn't be terribly fond of the idea.

Crusierweight Classic 2.0. Seriously just have 2 ten to fifteen minute matches on 205 live for the next few months. Let them let loose

Crown a new champion for now, and figure out some talents you can inject into the division post-haste. Everyone currently in the division save Gulak and maybe Cedric is just incredibly un-over, and no Enzo means no Zo Train, which has been the only structure the show has had for months. Meanwhile, the one thing that has consistently worked in terms of getting interest in the show is transplanting talents from outside the division with momentum behind them, like Neville, Aries, and Enzo.

None of those guys came in with momentum... Neville wasn’t being booked after returning from injury, Aries was doing commentary while injured and Amore was getting flattened every week by Big Cass. They all got their momentum with their individual runs in the Cruiserweight division, which means it’s possible to do it with a bit of effort.

Vacate and choose a new champion, or reduce it to a Network/NXT exclusive like the U.K. title.

Kill 205 Live, and send the ones worth keeping (Cedric, TJP, Gulak, Nese, Ariya, Hideo) to NXT. Gallagher can do UK-Division stuff and be given more reign to freelance.
Kendrick can coach at the PC.
Put Tozawa back in Titus Worldwide so he can team with Apollo and so Titus doesn't have to wrestle anymore.
Fire Kalisto and Lince Dorado into the sun.

Put it on spud? Has he debuted yet? Wouldn’t be the worst idea honestly. He checks a lot of the same boxes that Enzo does (not the best worker, but a character audiences react to). You could even have him come right in and claim the belt. Perhaps an authority figure could award it to him or he could talk himself into a number of contenders match where he cheats to win. This also sets up Enzo to return as a face if those allegations are proven false. That might have to be a tag match, threeway, fatal four way, or whatever for the title though. Enzo vs. Spud as a singles match would be dreadful.

Barring a private jet to Newcastle with a duffle bag full of cash and a creative veto clause in a new contract for Neville, the best scenario at this point might be to hold a Cruiserweight tournament. It might not hurt to hold 205 Live in a specialized venue suited to its purpose such as, say...oh, I don't know...the Manhattan Center (or some similar venue with gorgeous old architecture and a sense of place) at least as a "home base" to build up an engaged regular audience. They might prefer to do this for NXT; I'd say both could use similar treatments, both as a means of demonstrating the value placed on them while, similarly, subtly giving a nod to those of us who might still prefer workrate over showmanship to some extent.

Load the spaceship with the Crusierweight Title, load it with the Enzo and send it off to Parts Unknown.

Ditch the whole division and let the talent go to promotions that actually want them to succeed. Let them go to NXT as individual talents. When they get over in Full Sail, when they get some gimmicks, call them up. Make the CWC a yearly or biannual thing.
