Not as big a rise as I expected, figured they'd break five million. Pretty steep drop across the hours but it's better than last week's, curious how many of the new viewers stick around next week.

Largest ratings since 2015 and that was the show they put on I can't wait to see where the blame lands when they fall right back to where they were if not even lower.

Going by how people reacted the show itself, I wonder what the numbers will be next week.

He tells them through booking that only part timers and legends are important. So the few shows loaded with those people spike the ratings. But then when it’s once again time for the full time guys to carry the show, the audience has been told time and time again that they don’t matter, so they tune out.

Drop off of 656,000 people saying "I can't take it". Huge drop numberwise, but as a percentage it's less than usual. This week, only 13 percent of the audience tapped, compared to the around 20 percent they normally have. So, I guess that's a plus for them, in the "the hole in the boat isn't as big this week, and all we had to do was trot out every single big name we've had for it".

Shows they have fans that are willing to turn in to watch a good performance, or at least something interesting.


Instead we get the normal slush
