Personally, I think they need to bring in some guys to teach some of the other aspects of the business, if they aren't already.
How to cut a promo, how to manage your finances, how to handle social media, things like that.

Scott Hall, Jake Roberts, Goldust?
Any and all of those guys could help the Promo Classes...

They also hold regular seminars on money management and social media. I think they also have to turn over their social media info to WWE to get verified and in case of hacking or another Seth Rollins situation.

Big Show for how to give a promo and 'read' a crowd. There really aren't that many better.

One kind of nobody-specific thing I'd like to see more of is people in mentor roles like Eric Young is. Well rounded veteran talent who can be manager or teammate or something to a specific act and help someone develop in a very hands-on kind of way, while also providing somone they work against valuable in-ring experience of wrestling someone who's been around.

I mean really they don't need veterans, they just need acting coaches. Aside from a few weirdnesses about live crowds, there's nothing unique about wrestling promos. It's just acting.

His knowledge could be invaluable to whoever he teamed with, and to the teams who got to work with him.

By his own admission Jericho was a poor promo in his youth and taught himself how to get good. That would make him a great hand for those not blessed with natural speaking skills.
