Read a thread on reddit, someone left 0% tip for being charged tea, the service was poor and the bill came out higher than they expected. So they left 0% tip.
Have you ever been in a situation where you tipped 0% on a meal at a restaurant?

Yeah, I had a terrible waitress and the food sucked. I even complained to the manager, and I'm not normally that type of person.
The waitress said she didn't want to serve me because I was wearing a t-shirt with the devil on it.

Never, when the service is shit to the point of offensiveness I make sure to leave a penny so they know what's up.

Only when I don't have cash and the restaurant doesn't include a spot on the receipt to write in a tip.

I never tip.
Cause I'm Australian and that would be weird.

Once, when the waitress pulled the old disappearing act. Luckily the restaurant sported those kiosks with the screens where you could tap, swipe and go.
Turns out, while walking outside, I notice the waitress walking back from the next door Target. So she skipped out while I sat there with no other wait staff notified, so I felt justified in no tip.

Never. I worked at a restaurant for 3 years, I know nobody is going out of their way to give crappy service. Things happen.

Last time I did it the waiter ended up giving me a 2nd drink without asking and then charged me for the second drink. I just took the $3 I was going to tip and payed for the 2nd drink I never asked for. What goes around comes around.

I have, and I usually feel a little bad about. I know it's not the wait staffs fault, but if the food is bad, the service is bad, and I know I'm never coming back to that restaurant, I will leave no tip. Other places with a failing get like 10%, I normally tip 18ish% when I go out.

Never. Wife and I are generous tippers. Moreso if the service adds to the dining experience.

Lol, but seriously it wasn't even some demonic Satanic looking thing, it was one of those deals where the devil was just a red dude with a moustache and slicked back hair. It looked funny and playful, not like I was on my way to sacrifice goats and babies or something.

yes. we got seated at a table, had to wait 20 minutes for the waiter to come over. waiter takes our drink order, 20 minutes later another waiter brings us our drinks. waiter #2 takes our order, 40 minutes later someone else brings it. waiter #3 took my coke to refill it, and it never came back

On the opposite end, I'm pretty sure I haven't gotten a tip at least once or twice because I routinely go to work wearing a Venom or King Diamond shirt.

Tipping isn't really a cultural thing in Australia. They'll push for it, but they also don't rely on them as a wage substitute so there's no real pressure.
I always do it whenever I'm in the US though.

I never tip. Cause I'm Australian and that would be weird. Same. The concept of people not being paid a living wage and having to rely on the generosity of customers is just bizarre to me.
