Ok I've got Firestick and noticed it's like 45 seconds behind PS4 and WWE's pre show live stream on Youtube. I imagine it is the same on Roku but is there anyway to get it to sync up properply?

The Firestick app is terrible. After tonight, I'm refusing to use it anymore

Roku tv buffered a few times, but was okay mostly.

I live out in the country so my "high-speed" isn't very speedy. I always have to watch about 5-10 seconds behind because I'll buffer to hell if I try to watch directly live. It especially got bad for a couple minutes last night near the end of the women's Rumble.
In my experience the PS4 app is alright, but since my connection speed isn't fantastic it does tend to kick me out of the feed completely if it buffers for more than a few seconds. I have a friend that doesn't have the Network and has nothing to watch it on (he did score a PS3 recently though, so that might change) but has better connection speed and typically for bigger shows I'll take the PS4 to his place. But because of my connection speed problems I'll typically just hook my laptop to the TV, bust out the wireless keyboard/touchpad combo, and go about it that way. I dunno how far behind it is compared to a Fire Stick or Roku though.
