Jerry Lawler discussed today on his podcast the "Jerry Lawler's Classic Memphis Wrestling" show that airs locally in Memphis (I believe on Memphis's "The CW" station) and how it is expanding in April from airing monthly to airing weekly (on Saturday mornings at 11:00 AM). He mentioned that once more episodes get produced, he's going to talk to WWE about airing it on the Network.
Currently, 4 episodes have been made, with Lawler and guests doing intros (and sometimes new commentary) to 1980s Memphis footage.

While I think Lawler is an idiot and has done a huge number of stupid things, nothing is more aggravating then Bix these days. I literally think his entire premise in life is to crap on everything. |

If my pick is between a guy who did the research to bring this out and the biphobic, racist, slut-shaming creep who may have sexually assaulted underage girls, I think I know which one I'd think is more aggravating... |

Sadly, they'd have to either cut out or redub the music videos, which were always a highlight.

And if we mean the studio show, they'd have to do a lot of remastering. Most of the clips on youtube are taken from VHS recordings, and the quality is awful on those (as opposed to vhs recordings of WWF or WCW or other companies, which are in better quality).

Ah so he wasn't found not guilty, the charges weren't made up. the girls just didn't want to pursue them. I never knew that. Wow. That account seems extremely likely that Lawler actually did it. |
