like the Americans do? As in, Americans don't need cable TV to get the Network but Canadians do.
The guy I watch wrestling with lives in an apartment where the landlord gives basic cable to everybody, but the tenants are not allowed to add channels, or do anything like change providers or do stuff like add the WWE Network.
If I could just use the Internet, we could watch the Network at his place (which is where I prefer to watch it).

If they could cut Rogers out of the mix it would be a great day.
Maybe we could get this amazing American version of the Network I've heard so much about too. Because I had it for almost two years and it got updated maybe three times (aside from current pay per views after they happened).
But hey, I was able to watch WCW Hog Wild 1998 any day I wanted, any time I wanted!

I think part of the issue may have been the CRTC (the Canadian government agency that regulates TV stations), and Rogers supposedly offered WWE an easy route to follow CRTC regulations since they are already well-established most or all over Canada.
Yeah, this reminds me of why WWE had Jack Tunney originally (easier access to the Canadian market).

Wait...canada has a different version of the network? Sorta. You have access to the entire library as expected, but the live feed is a cable channel instead of an online stream.

WCW Hog Wild-ONLY is what that other person said... A lot of cord cutters aren't fond of it because you're required to buy an inflated cable subscription just to get access to the Network, whereas in the US, it's not tied to any cable companies. You can just pay your $9.99 a month and be done with it. But because Rogers paid WWE a truckload of money for the exclusive rights for who knows how many years, that won't be happening here any time soon.

If there's a beef, it's that we pay $11,99 rather than $9,99 every month. But since we have access to the on-demand stuff online, it's good.
Although it's more complicated with certain cable TV providers. Some who also offers Internet packages say it's too demanding of their bandwith.

I'm literally 20 mins south of Canada, who would have thought it made such a difference.

For ages as well, Canada didn't have access to the online archives, just the live stream and about 20 PPVs through their cable box. I think there's still some cable suppliers in Canada who still have this limited setup.

For ages as well, Canada didn't have access to the online archives, just the live stream and about 20 PPVs through their cable box. I think there's still some cable suppliers in Canada who still have this limited setup. That's what I had when I had the Network from January 2015 until January 2017. I think I remember having all the Wrestlemanias. Then some random Summerslams, Survivor Series' and Royal Rumbles then an even more random and small assortment of WWF/E pay per views. They gave us all the pay per views that had eminted from Canada. But there were less than three dozen total. There were maybe three dozen Raws and Smackdowns from random dates. for WCW there was the same six pay per views, two of which were from Canada (New Blood Rising and Mayhem 1999) and Hog Wild 1998 for some reason. I think we also had Bash at the Beaches 1994 and 1996 and one from the late-1980's. There was five or six ECW pay per views Then I think we had all the Network original stuff at the time. But it was pathetic the amount of content we got when I kept hearing people South of the boarder talking about the limitless content they had access to. Maybe it's gotten better in the year since I cancelled. But I was going through Rogers Cable and that's what I was given. I was very disappointed at first but I thought they'd maybe change the content every month and at least give me a limited amount of new stuff to watch. They changed the content maybe every year.
