oh thank f***... does that mean he will finally shut up about it and not pull shit out of his arse to prod the cult into whining every six months? yes? oh thank f***. The man feeds on attention so no. Unless he can buy a social media app like another attention starved loser.

"Let's put Batman in a situation where he might be forced to kill" is a good story to have if you have him figure out a way to resolve the situation without killing anybody. This is neither:

I have no idea how accurate that "80 to 90 million" number is, nor how it was calculated, but I'd be willing to bet 80 to 90 million internet dollars that if I stopped 80 to 90 million people on the street that way way way more of them could tell me what Barbie was about then anything that happened in Rebel Moon.

I regret to inform you that Zack Snyder is back on his bullshit: Is Zack like pilled up or something? What is he talking about with that god stuff, I genuinely don't know where that's coming from? His rationale would be similar to arguing that Spider-Man should fly, because he needs to, or whatever. Having limitations and constraints placed in writing and creativity is what leads to unique stories and characters feeling special. There's nothing wrong with telling a story of a Batman who kills, but they A) tend to be secondary elseworld stories that exist in contrast to the nature of the character as known in the mainstream consciousness, and B) have a message or point behind beyond: "something, something, god;" or as I actually believe his thinking actually is: "but I wanna!"

As I said about a hundred or so pages ago, Snyder is that kid who waits until 3am to do a paper that was given out two weeks ago and doesn't understand why he got an F

Netflix calculates views by taking the total number of minutes watched and dividing it by the runtime. It does not factor in how many times an individual account may rewatch something, nor how many times something was watched in full or part. By Snyder's math, Rebel Moon has between 10.7 billion and 12 billion minutes watched.

Zack is one of the dumbest people alive... I swear.
He did "give his blessing" to James Gunn's Superman.
Not that it's going to stop the cult... or that like he needed it...

Someone tell Zack about the stories beyond the real early comics where Batman does kill. It doesn't go well for him. So now that I'm on a keyboard, I want to add to this: Zack seems to be under the impression that the only reason Batman doesn't kill is because he thinks it's the morally right thing to do. And that is a part of it, but it's not the only reason he doesn't do it. He has several in fact:
1. The trauma of his parents' deaths. Yeah, they were also innocent as opposed to hardened criminals (in most continuities anyway >_> , but it's why Bruce sometimes has a lot of trouble even using lethal guns to threaten, much less kill.
2. It's often been posited by writers and Bruce himself that his non-lethal philosophy is what separates him from the criminals he fights. This is a man who dresses up in a bat costume, without any real superpowers, to fight psychotic killers and supervillains. He's already dancing on the edge of sanity and insanity. It's implied that killing even one person in cold blood would send Bruce over the edge and make him into the kind of supervillain he swore to protect Gotham from.
3. In spite of his image as the Dark Knight, Bruce is also a firm believer in rehabilitation and hoping that even the most deranged of his rogues gallery can turn over a new leaf and reform themselves. And look at all of his villains who have at least temporarily reformed and became anti-heroes if not outright heroes. A dead person can't be reformed (unless they're resurrected, but that's another story and usually out of Batman's hands).

Zack Snyder is an untalented hack who got popular through sucking up to the sweatiest, grimiest incels and investing heavily in bots.

I think every director in the universe has put out a film where they go "if I could just fix x, y, and z, this whole thing would come off so much better". Like they say, hindsight is 20/20.
But all Sucker Punch was was a 90 minute series of music videos that objectified and idealized beautiful women, wrapped around by a story about how it's bad to objectify and idealize beautiful women. The whole thing came off so unsavory, I don't really need that stretched out to 4 hours long, Zack.
Sucker Punch was also made at Warner Bros, so I doubt the higher ups over there would be willing to throw more money at him to "finish" another project that he swears is done, he just needs to put it together.
