Zack Snyder will host a weekend of screenings next month, with proceeds going to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in honor of his daughter Autumn Snyder, who passed away in 2017 at the age of 20.

The fundraising event, “Full Circle, a Special Three-Day Celebration of the Snyderverse Trilogy,” will present movie screenings at the Ahmanson Auditorium at ArtCenter College of Design on April 28-29, and a third screening April 30 at Universal Cinema AMC at CityWalk Hollywood.

The three-day event will consist of director’s cut screenings of Snyder’s films, followed by in-person and livestreamed Q&As featuring the filmmaker and special guests. The movies include Man of Steel, Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice Ultimate Edition and Zack Snyder’s Justice League.


“We’re honored to participate in this fundraiser in support of suicide prevention and to help increase awareness of this important issue in our community,” said Karen Hofmann, president, ArtCenter College of Design.

Snyder earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film from the college in 1989 and currently serves on ArtCenter’s Board of Trustees.

I just got Criterion’s new Inland Empire blu-ray and I think it’s hilarious how Snyder is constantly explaining his first year film student imagery when no one asked and Lynch famously refuses to explain anything that happens in his movies that are just mind-warping.

And that’s why one will go down as one of the great visionaries of American film and the other one is Zack Snyder.

I was thinking this thread had gone quiet and that maybe snyder had run out of bullshit to make up about a what 5 year old film and the thread had finally died but no up he pops with fresh new bullshit, hes worse than freddy, jason & Michael Myers (the masked one, not the actor) combined for "oh you think I'm done, surprise I'm back for more"

Even if that was his original intention and not something he pulled out of his arse to get the snydercult in a frenzy again the moron didnt think it through if the Greek gods are kryptonian then so would wonder woman be and she didnt flinch from any kryptonite in his previous movie. It could have precedent in the comics. In Kingdom Come it was said that Superman had been soaking up the yellow sun so long that Kryptonite no longer affected him.

Sounds like a ripoff of Supreme Power though. In that comic the Wonder Woman was a member of the Supermans species who had landed on Earth in ancient times and been worshipped as a god.

But Snyder is full of shit and went full Russo long ago.
