Hopefully this outcry of support actually lead to better ratings. As I said earlier 99's biggest problem is that people are Netflix and huluing it, which is how its target audience watches television now. It getting shifted around in timeslots didn't help, either.

So where do I bribe NBC to save The Mick and Last Man on Earth? I loved both shows and both ended with cliffhangers. I'm surprised they didn't just put The Mick on FXX in the first place like It's Always Sunny. Similar style. In fact, I like to think of Mickey as if Sweet Dee went into the witness relocation program again after finishing up as Mr.Covington.

Allegedly Gotham is on the bubble as well. But if Lethal Weapon is canned it is probably safe. I could see CW potentially picking it up... continuing the trend of the cw pretty much being the DC channel Yeah if a certain buyer is not challenged, I can't see DC shows staying on Fox.

Yeah if a certain buyer is not challenged, I can't see DC shows staying on Fox. Why not? Fox’s entertainment division is being purchased by Disney, who owns Marvel. As a rough analogy, imagine if Ted Turner bought USA Network during the Monday Night Wars.

Fox’s entertainment division is being purchased by Disney, who owns Marvel. As a rough analogy, imagine if Ted Turner bought USA Network during the Monday Night Wars. Gotham is produced by WB Television (WB owns DC) and distributed by WB. Fox’s only involvement is airing the program, it’s not produced by their TV studios or distributed by them. And even if Disney/Marvel have a issue with Gotham airing on Fox Network, they can’t do a damn thing about it because they aren’t buying the Fox Network. So, the Turner analogy really doesn’t apply here

Good for Nine Nine, now who do we talk to at NBC regarding Lucifer and The Exorcist? NBC's usually somewhat good with supernatural shows.

They could put it on that new DC Universe service, which is airing the Titans live-action show and the Young Justice revival.

Don't think the show itself has any ties to the DC universe, so that might not work well. I'd also be annoyed because I don't have Amazon Prime access.

They've just committed a billion dollars to five seasons of Lord of the Rings and look set to trim their existing programming to compensate, with even two of their top shows (Grand Tour, Man in the High Castle) looking like they'll be axed. Safe to say, I doubt Amazon are going to be in the market for much.

They meant the streaming service DC is setting up. Not like a shared universe thing.

I feel like that Lord of the Rings thing is going to bite them on the ass hard but then again, Amazon brings in so much money they probably won't even notice.

I don't know if this got stated earlier but I saw a lot of talk about LMS being involved with the cancellation and while I think that show is garbage the decision was probably related more to LMS being produced by Fox's TV studios, so even if the ratings aren't strong they save more money than they did with 99. It's been something of a trend with this recent cancellation spree from the networks that they're getting rid of shows that aren't produced in-house. Also makes sense why NBC picked it up as their studio makes 99.
