Both the biggest Canadian stars of the wwe of the 21st century but who was a bigger star? I’d say y2j. Edge had a more dominant main event run, but Jericho wins on longetivity and the fact that he never really fell off and he was always able to reinvent himself

Jericho would be my choice, due to length at the top.
Edge did great for himself, obviously, but Jericho would be the no-hesitation choice for me still.

Jericho is involved in more avenues than Edge that transcend wrestling, he's been doing it longer and he's been in more promotions than Edge so it's him.

Jericho's ability to keep reinventing himself and remaining over consistently for nearly 30 years gets him the win here.

I'd say Jericho has more name value but Edge has always felt like a more credible threat.

Jericho, but that's certainly not a knock against Edge.

since I don't want to be added to the LIST I pick Jericho. Edge's peak may have been slightly higher but Jericho sustained a high level of relevance longer. both have had similar success outside of wrestling though, Jericho has done several different venues but edge has stuck to acting and has been a regular in a couple of TV series now (Haven and now Vikings) so it's not as heavy on Jericho's side here as one might think at first glance.

Edge made it higher, but Jericho's peak is significantly longer.

This will be very one sided, and rightfully so.

My friends who know barely anything about wrestling know who Jericho is, so it has to be him.

Edge had more success at the top of the card, but Jericho was much more popular during the 90s when wrestling was huge. He also has longevity over Edge so I think he takes this.

Edge is one of my favorites ever and he was on top consistently compared to Jericho who will fight for a world title and have a comedy match 2 weeks later. But Chris Jericho has been in major storylines in multiple companies for over 20 years.
If the question would be who had a better run as a Main Eventer, Edge would be the easy choice. Jericho is the bigger star though.

Jericho is easily a bigger star, and would have more name recognition with non fans. That’s no knock on Edge, he had an amazing career but Jericho is a bigger name

Bigger star is Jericho
I feel like over the last few years he's truly etched his name with some of the best to ever do it in wrestling while also being able to sustain himself outside the ring as well
Edge was no slouch and he's doing good outside the ring as well. Too bad the injuries took him out the game but he a highlight real only a few can match

Jericho never main-evented Wrestlemania vs Taker Jericho was one of the top stars during the height of the Attitude Era. That counts for a lot more than one 'Mania main event.

Can we hold Jericho’s longevity over Edge when Edge’s career ended early because of injuries?

This isn't even close. And I don't mean that as a slight against Edge but to me it's like comparing Booker T to Steve Austin.
