2018 edition.
Inspired by checking out the new MST3K. While one can’t help but make nostalgia based comparisons between this and the old series, I’m still glad it came back. The concept is so good I don’t think it ever should have went away.
Also, I know this will be an unpopular opinion, but I would have loved like 4 Return of the Living Dead movies that took place in the 1980s. We ended up getting 5 to date, but would have specifically liked them to have taken place in the 1980s or at a push 1990 at the latest. Have them star the two main characters of the first two but in different settings with different supporting casts (just like 2 did). Also 3 was a great movie, but should have been released as a stand alone film under a different title since it is much more serious than the rest of the franchise.

Dollhouse - Best thing Joss Whedon ever did.
I also want Reaper to get a proper ending. That cliffhanger left things in such an interesting place, with regards to Sam, and what God's plan may or may not be for him with regards to his work for the Devil.

I really wanted a sequel to the movie Nightbreed. It was so different and well done. There was a comic series so I guess it counts as a horror franchise.

Both Freaks and Geeks and Undeclared deserved a fairer chance.

I would've liked Mission Hill and Undergrads to have gotten more than one season.
And Agent Carter to get more than 2.

Friends - purely being selfish, and not really needed but I would of liked one (or two at the most) more seasons then they ended on.
Matrix - really surprised we haven't gotten a fourth. Especially in this day and age. I know rumors pop up every now and then.
Really want a third Blade Runner and Tron as unlikely as they seem.

I would have like to have seen a sequel to "Haywire", that action/spy movie with Gina Carano.

Agent Carter, Sym-Bionic Titan, Everything Sucks and Sonic SatAM.
As far as movies, I thought Sky Captain and the World Of Tomorrow was hella fun. Sucks that it bombed, because I'm a mark for art deco-styled adventure. And based on that I guess you could also add Rocketeer and Tale Spin to the list, too.

I’d be down for a They Live series on Netflix. Wouldn’t be the same without Piper but it’s message is more important now than ever before.

Master and Commander. We only got one film but it was a damn fine one. Critically lauded and even nominated for a Best Picture Oscar but because it cost so much to make and flopped at the Box Office we only got the one film. The source material was beloved and you’d think it would have done better but it wasn’t to be.

Titus. I'd love to see a series based on "Love is Evol" with the same cast, featuring Flashback scenes of Stacy Keach as Ken.

At least with Rocketeer you got the Stevens created comics, the stuff done after he passed and that upcoming cartoon. I also enjoyed Captain Tomorrow.

Though I loved how it ended I would have loved more Leverage. Just such a fun show, loved seeing all the different cons they would run. For movies, I would have liked a sequel to Sky High which I loved.
