They got to get rid of a somebody to do so but he is a good fit with Harden

Sounds like the Wizards will be offering Beal a 3yr/$111m extension, as he doesn't qualify for the supermax. If Beal turns down the extension, expect trade talks to heat up for him.

The trade for the Grizz also gives them 2 pieces they can use for the deadline. Memphis has a potentially nice little core developing

It seems like a lot to give up for Conley, but Crowder's really the only significant piece there. Allen isn't that good. Korver's on the last legs of his career. The 2019 pick they gave up is a later round pick in a very shallow draft. And the 2020 pick is protected.

If i'm him and I know I can get a deal to the Lakers or Pelicans i'm turning that down A lot of f***ing money but Washington has no direction and him and Wall eating up all the cap basically means you are f***ed for 3 years

Some NBA news
- Rockets tried to talk to the Knicks about CP3 and Knicks said no
- Knicks are looking to move Frank Ntilikina for a late first round pick or early 2nd round
- Mavs look to be the favorite for Al Horford so far
- Celts may have Jaylen Brown on the trade market as they are a team rumored for the Number 4 pick and he would be included in a package

Executives doubt Cousins get the contract he wants in the offseason
No shit. He's coming off another injury and a very poor finals. Even when he came back this year he was a step behind what you are used to seeing from him and GS was not a good fit. I think he can get a modest $10 million one year contract from someone but I don't see big big money coming to him this year. Still think Wiz put him and Wall together for a year as both are coming off leg injuries with a lot to prove and may motivate each other

Full trade breakdown for Conley Grizzilies get: G Grayson Allen G/F Kyle Korver F Jae Crowder 2019 1st round pick Protected 2020 first round pick Jazz gets: G Mike Conley I like what Memphis got back. I like Allen and think he can be baby Reddick so he should get plenty of time on Memphis to play. Korver has teased retirement so even if he doesn't retire he's free cap or trade piece. Crowder is a good piece for this young team and can probably get something decent for him at the deadline if you want to move him Again....like with the Lakers, I think the Jazz gave up too much for one player What you have to look at is Gobert contact cones up in two years so does Mitchell. This gives them a shot to jump up in the standings but gives them the freedom to sign the other two when the time comes. Only part that hurts is losing Crowder

LOLROCKETS If it was a 2 year contract I think they would have did it because you have him on contract for a year and than the next is basically an expiring contract in which they could move at any point or just buy him out but 3 years at close to $40 million a pop is a no go They are basically trying to give him away for free. Maybe a team like Orlando might bite but the list is real slim

So out of nowhere the Knicks are showing a lot of interest in Darius Garland. Is it possible in a "3 player draft" the Knicks dont draft that third player? Is it possible for the Knicks to do something stupid? Does the pope shit in The Vatican?

- Knicks are looking to move Frank Ntilikina for a late first round pick or early 2nd round Ugh why For a guy with high upside and considering his young he is, his progress has been at a snail pace I think he’s misdiagnosed as a PG. he should be a Forward but considering who they have, he’s not needed and his ceiling is low
