Alright, so Bryan's signed a new contract and the Miz feud is definitely happening. We're just not sure when it's happening and how it's happening so I'll ask this simple question.
When do you think Miz/Bryan is happening? Do you think Miz/Bryan will be for the WWE Title?
In my opinion they're probably going to end up stretching this to WM. I just don't know if it'll be for the belt.

Miz hires guys to take out Bryan all the way until Mania.
Shinsuke Joe Sanity Harper Rowan
Etc...
Make all the heels sign up to protect Miz and one by one Bryan decimates them all to the climb to the top.

It should 100% be the main event of Wrestlemania for the WWE title. Miz should be the one to beat AJ for the title, and you can have Bryan feud with Joe, Nakamura, and Almas all on the way to Mania. Miz can have feuds with AJ, Rusev, Orton, maybe a quick stop from Cena. There's enough talent to keep them separate but always have them run into each other and tease it.

I've said it before, but keep Miz away from the WWE title. This feud does NOT need the belt to have impact.

AJ's one of the greatest of all time, and I'm a huge Nakamura mark, but I genuinely can't remember the last time I gave two f***s about a WWE Champtionship feud.

I like Miz in the midcard but that's about it. Zero interest in him in the world title scene. Him having one great singles match every two years doesn't mean I want to sit through 20 minute Miz matches on a regular basis.
Miz vs Bryan should and I don't doubt will happen but I hope it's not the title feud.

I rather it not be for the title and just be initially be a blood feud. If they want to throw in the title later on like the Jericho/HBK stuff then I won't mind it.

I could see this being the first match on main event.
Ok, kidding aside, if wwe could long term book, have this be the first main event on Fox. Pop that rating.

I hope it happens at WM but I also don't want a repeat of Shinsuke/AJ being held off for like six months only to be a giant disappointment.

I love the Miz a probably unhealthy amount and it's a feud that deserves to main event Mania.
I won't watch cause Bryan and think Miz should win, but it absolutely deserves to main event Mania for all the marbles.

I don't get why it has been stretched as long as it has. There's really no reason for it. Bryan's last act as GM needed to be booking himself vs. Miz at the next PPV. Why would Miz duck him or anything? It's not like losing to Bryan is some nightmare scenario he can't recover from. He just lost the contender deal to Rusev. He lost to Rollins.
Again, if Bryan is back just let him beat Miz into oblivion at SS. It's not a big deal or a money drawing feud.

Honestly, this match to me is a good B-PPV main event, but I don't feel like it's even remotely Wrestlemania title-worthy. I'd rather Joe beat AJ at SummerSlam, Bryan win the Rumble and then he and Joe get a proper one-on-one at WM35. Don't get me wrong, Miz/Bryan is worth doing and there has been some on-and-off buzz and hints and stuff, I just don't have a high personal interest in it.

The intention wasnt to labour that, but just to say that even I think it should main event. I'll lay off Bryan threads.

I'm gonna make a #HOTTAKE prediction here and predict the feud never happens. If it does, it'll be on minor PPV and it won't be for the title.

As good as the story and reaction for Bryan/Miz for the WWE Title would be....
....I can't stop imagining how insane the story and reaction would be for Bryan/Reigns for the Universal Title. It won't happen for reasons, but honestly that would be one of the rare matches that truly defines an era.

AJ's one of the greatest of all time, and I'm a huge Nakamura mark, but I genuinely can't remember the last time I gave two f***s about a WWE Champtionship feud. This, 100%. Especially if it reaches its climax at Wrestlemania; the last two WWE title feuds have been Bray Wyatt's Spooky Projector and a kind of underwhelming AJ/Nakamura match that had little heat going in because it was a face vs. face program and could have done with shortening everything down so that Nakamura was the dick punching lunatic going into Mania, instead of having Wrestlemania be the end of act one for that feud. Before that you have two Roman matches with crowd antipathy in spades. Bryan and Miz have history, they have chemistry, and they can both make absolute garbage work. This feud is everything that title needs, and also it's a way to put Bryan back into main event and set him as the 1B face for the company, which feels really, really overdue.

There's an interesting sort of core to the Bryan character where, despite what a nice guy he is, he's sort of arrogant about his vision of what a pro wrestler is. Imagine if Miz wins the belt, and Bryan takes some low key shot at him and Miz freaks out because goddamnit he's the world champion for the first time in YEARS and people STILL talk like he's not a great wrestler? Miz will snap again. And that snapping is valuable. That world class Talking Smack rant was a long time ago in TV time.
I think the feud totally could use the belt.

Give them 1 hour match WM Main Event.
Just to establish Miz as one of the best wrestlers ever.
