In a fit of nostalgia, I found myself getting sucked in to, of all things, the blocks of old 80s and especially 90s television commercials on YouTube. It's got to be the height of nostalgia, to look back fondly at hair commercials and promos. But I unashamedly do it.
Anyone else here enjoy watching these? I find what gets me the most are the bumpers for the CBS or ABC or NBC ______ Night Movies. Takes me back to visiting my grandparents, sitting in the living room with them, and watching them.

When I was a kid, I taped many WWF and WCW TV specials such as the All-Nighter, SummerSlam Spectacular, and the Clash of the Champions. Naturally, these shows included the commercials of the time since they were the original TV broadcast. A few years ago, I transferred all my tapes to DVD.
No joke: sometimes I’ll pop a disc in not for the wrestling, but for the ad breaks! I got a little nostalgic tear in my eye when I watched an early episode of Raw on WWE Network and heard “promotional consideration paid for by the following:”

I love watching 50s-80s commercials-it's funny-I always avoided them at the time and it's fun to look back before my time as I do that a LOT

Incidentally, I just found myself watching a bunch of old McRib commercials.
These are all basically time capsules from their decade:

I remember when Ads used to have story arcs over multiple ads, especially in Britain.
- Nescafe gold blend - OXO family - Vitalite Spread
Nowadays most ads don't make sense or have absolutely no connection to the product

I thought the WM21 ads were hilarious, especially the Basic Instinct spoof with Benoit, Jericho, Christian and Stacy. I know it would never see the light of the day today, but still found it hilarious with Christian's "how about Sadomasochistic activity?" remark at the end.

After watching a Slopes Game Room episode on "Pepsiman," the mascot for Pepsi in Japan, it gave me a flashback of these two commercials that Coca-Cola did in the late 90s.
I really wonder now if this was Coke's answer to Pepsiman, despite being known overseas.

Remember when soda was Xtreme? To this day, I can't think about Surge without wanting to yell SUUUUUURRRRGE!
Looking up that one led me to these Sprite ads that I don't remember at all...
