The one that The Miz was banned from. No. no. That was Summerfest in Milwaukee. But he can comeback now. I saw him this year rocking a Bodeans shirt. Anyway I'm gonna say in reverse order and personal preference 2001 2013 2000 1989 1991

2013 with Orton cashing in. That whole PPV was amazing minus Del Rio beating Christian.

1) 1999. Maybe it isn't one of the best match wise, but it was the first year that I followed wrestling, and I remember the spectacle of Jesse Ventura being the referee, and the back and forth over what the main event was going to be. Plus, X-Pac and Kane were a great team, and I liked the pairing of Undertaker and Big Show. Also, the Test feud with the McMahons was one of the better "soap opera" storylines they've done.
2) 1992. One of the best main events ever.
3) 1994. I really liked the Owen/Bret cage match. Also, I know Undertaker vs. Undertaker is stupid, but it's one of my favorite stupid storylines WWE has done.
4) 1998. More nostalgia, because it was the second Summerslam I ever watched.
5) 2013. It's hard for me to pick a fifth. Maybe I haven't watched very many Summerslams. I haven't watched the whole thing, but Daniel Bryan beating Cena is enough of a reason I think. Plus it was early in The Wyatt Family's WWE run, when there was still hope that the creative team wasn't going to screw things up.

2002 - HBK v HHH classic plus Lesnar v Rock, Benoit v RVD, Edge v Eddie & Rey v Angle. Incredible card.
2013 - Two awesome matches in Bryan v Cena & Punk v Lesnar, underrated Del Rio v Christian match and the Wyatt's PPV debut. Orton's cash in is a moment as well as HHH's heel turn
1992 - Bulldog v Bret is a classic and Warrior Savage is pretty good as well, rest of the card may not live up to that but the setting is timeless for me. Biased probably but good memories
2000 - TLC.... that in itself would probably be enough but there's also the Shane fall from the titantron, an excellent Benoit Jericho 2 out of 3 falls match and Angle making his PPV main event bow during the Angle/Steph/HHH love triangle angle.
1998 - The hype for Austin v Taker was enough but the ladder match between HHH & Rock stole the show. Again more setting than anything (I love PPV's at MSG and the entrance) but the undercard is pretty decent

1992 Yeah I’m biased but I was there!
1989 There’s nothing that special about it but it’s the PPV where I went from occasional watcher to full-on fan.
2002 So many people would say this show. There’s a reason for that.
1990 The Harts win the tag titles, Hogan gets even with Quake, Power and Glory make a huge impact. There’s some real shit here but I love it.
1991 Hart/Perfect have a classic, DiBiase and Virgil deliver a great pay-off to their angle, LOD win the titles, Heenan’s commentary during the wedding and the hilarious skits with The Mountie in jail.

I attended 2006 live so I'll always have warm feelings toward it. Same here! Yes, us 2006 folks are the chosen ones. Our eyes, and only our eyes, were allowed to witness the real match of the year, Carlito vs. Rob Conway.

1. 1992 - that classic early 90s roster in full flow, plus a great main event with a proper feelgood ending.
2. 2000 - A stacked card that's pretty much pure entertainment all the way through - the Benoit/Jericho match is a favourite of mine
3. 1998 - Not the strongest top-to-bottom card, but the event as a whole was a culmination of so many hot storylines that summer. And Austin/Taker is one of those matches where the crowd elevates it to another level
4. 1991 - Remember wearing out the VHS tape of this as a kid. Hard not to love the Macho Man/Elizabeth stuff, and Bret/Mr Perfect is one of my all-time favourites
5. 2005 - This is an underrated PPV. Inevitably everyone remembers Hogan vs HBK, but there's a few gems on here - Batista/JBL is a damn good brawl, Orton/Taker is great and the Eddie/Rey Ladder match is fantastic despite the dumb storyline
