Did anyone go here? I'm sure it was just your run-of-the-mill Buffalo Wild Wings type place and certainly there's far better places to eat in New York City, but just from the shot of the restaurant each week in 2000-2001, it looks like a WWE wonderland. I would've liked to go. Any fun experiences to tell?

My mom’s side of the family is from New York, so I went a few times when we visited relatives. My parents said it reminded them of a Disney World attraction because when you walked in, the first thing you saw was the gift shop.
It was always crowded when I visited. I bought a WWF New York t-shirt and hat, a Judgment Day ‘01 shirt, and RVD’s first shirt. (Not all at once, of course!) I remember that on the wall behind the counter was a leather jacket with the scratch logo on the back that lit up and sparkled like Chris Jericho’s jackets do today.

How do they have two items named after wrestlers on that menu and one of them is Saturn?

I went for a Raw when I was 13 for my birthday. I used to live near there, so I would always stop by to pick up merch. I remember one specific time, when a Hogan dvd released, they were airing the matches on a TV was at the front window, and there was a gathering of people standing outside watching. Felt very old school.

Only $20 for a filet steak? Definitely would have ordered one well done 👌
I agree the failure to name the dishes after wrestlers is a big over sight - but I too would have loved to have gone.

Bit disappointed at the lack of meals named after wrestlers. The Essa Meat Trio Pizza. The People's Pie. The King's Memphis BBQ. The Big Red Lobster. The Super Heavyweight Sub. Jerich-O's. Stratus-Fries. Sodas of Awesomeness. Or what about......

Yep, and here’s a picture I took! Damn lol do they still have the stage inside? Nah, I think they tore that out. I don’t remember seeing any space that looked like it could host a band, it just looked like your standard restaurant with music memorabilia.

IIRC it was a stage in Shut Your Mouth too. Amazingly, no matter where you were in the country, it was just a subway ride away.

Bit disappointed at the lack of meals named after wrestlers. Well, at least the Nitro Grill over-delivered in that regard. imgur.com/a/nPNDX

I went with a couple of friends. I don't remember much about the food after all these years, haha. I do recall buying a Triple H shirt though. I've still got the bag and some napkins tucked away in a drawer somewhere.

We went to NYC pretty soon after it had closed. Even for NYC in early 2000's those prices are pretty steep.

Bit disappointed at the lack of meals named after wrestlers. At least the WCW Nitro Grill had that covered.
