The Chris Farley hosted SNL has never aired again - he was so messed up on drugs that night, and Lorne has since said (especially after his death) he could never allow it to be seen out of respect for Farley. Farley died less than 2 months after this, FYI. Though I am surprised to see that NBC.com has a few clips of it up, including the cold open where Lorne wonders if Farley's in any condition to host (played for laughs, I'm sure, though there's a scary reality to it now). That's.........surprising to see out there, especially since that was the nature of the cold open. I remember after 9/11, the Simpsons episode, "The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson" hadn't aired on first-run syndication for the longest time. It did come on the DVD set, and at some point, I believe FXX has aired it at some point. I assume the Osama Bin Laden airport cameo in an early Family Guy qualifies like this one too, yes? (Hell, wouldn't be shocked if Seth MacFarlane just flat out banned it himself, considering his personal "had I made that flight, I'd have died on one of those planes" connection.) Story about that episode: I live in Madison & Chris' sister was my nieces pre school teacher. My sister mentioned who it was hard to watch that episode and she said "Yeah. Imagine how my mom felt."

The Ashley Simpson episode was rerun about six weeks later or so, with the lipsyncing incident intact. The show went on as scheduled, without her.

Izzy's Quest for Olympic Gold.
I'm sure it's in some vault owned by Time Warner. I'm shocked it never appeared on YouTube or as a April Fool's joke by Adult Swim.

It was banned on reruns...but it's intact on one of the compilation DVDs. Think same held true for the JFK Pez gag. But the "You've Got A Lot To See" with the WTC intact and the GWB picture made it back to TV. And of course.... Not only did Seth NOT permanently ban these scenes, but he went on to make even more severe 9/11 jokes and references on the show.
