Show and comic spoilers: {Spoiler}So Homerlander definitely isn't making it to Season 4 surely, but where would they go after that? I know in the comic Noir becomes a major villain but this version is already majorly different and I can see him joining Starlight (possibly under Edgar's orders. |

{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}When Kripke was talking about the episode after it came out, he did in fact, say that Soldier Boy's nuclear chest blast does eliminate Compound V, which is why Kimiko didn't heal. Though, hopefully they can inject her with some V, which could save her. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Could be they have to use the supply of temporary V until she's healed, then she refuses it once she's conscious and able to survive.
Not sure this show would go down the "character actually gets what they want" route, but at this point that would be the big subversion of expectations. {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Actually, before seeing this week's episode, I was thinking that they could, maybe, steal some regular Compound V from that Russian lab, since you know they had some. But, it looks like she may be okay, thankfully. Plus, it looks like she wouldn't want any, anyway. |

That was definitely an episode to remember. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}I know the orgy got the headlines, but it was the least important thing in the show. So much plot and character development.
Antony Starr is really knocking it out of the park as Homelander this season. I genuinely started to feel a little sorry for him during the mirror scene, but still took great joy out of seeing him finally meet his match in a fight. The final shot of him bruised was great. I can't wait to see how he reacts to it all.
I cried laughing at the Imagine parody though. Black Noir is the best singer I've ever heard. |
