I'll never get the appeal or reasoning of those who've been married multiple times. If marriage number three didn't work out, what makes you think marriage six will? Some people just can’t be alone. Marriage becomes a lifestyle for them, so to speak. I’ve had friends like that but they topped out at three marriages. They’re also a whole lot younger than Ric so there could be more in their future. I get the feeling that Wendy is a lot more accepting of who Ric is as a person and his past. She’s had a good sense of humor about it on twitter anyway. Love is acceptance and I think they really do love each other. Ric is around a lot more and he’s turned his life around a lot too. Ric and Wendy seem genuinely happy so I think he’s got it right this time. I’m happy for them. |

A friend of mine with a very successful marriage told me the secret to it was being with someone that can accept every little quirk or weird thing about you and that you can accept every one of theirs too. Wendy has probably seen the best and the worst of Ric by now. She’s still hanging in there and more serious about him than ever. Best of luck to them. |
