I like how these shows are always supposed to be uplifting and feel good versus what usually happens when people say God tells them to do something. Like burning things.

Living Biblically came off as so transparently cynical and stupid. Guess that's why it got cancelled like, almost immediately. Typical midseason replacement show to try and milk the holy roller crowd and it backfired.
Not sure if "God Friended Me" is the same deal applied to a drama, though man is that name cringeworthy.
