Well, looks like "The Other Side" is NOT the title of the upcoming EqG special where we see Sci-Twi as a pony. Instead, it's a music video that I think Alyce: Old Media Enthusiast helped direct.  I do like Rarity's "adventure" outfit in this though. |

The suggestive, fetishized stuff, that ends here. This goes for everyone on the forums. we are not kidding here the show is aimed at children there is no arguing that point, posting sexualised content of characters from the show not only looks bad for the forum but your whole fandom. you want to talk about the characters from the show in that way do it away from these boards. any posts that go against this is going to earn a suspension or permanent removal from the boards, this was discussed by all the mods once again and this is the easier route for everyone involved as we dont want to end discussion for the show here but cant have questionable content continuing to be posted, this is the final chance to keep the mlp threads clean or the threads are done. |

Okay, I knew beforehand that the comment would have gotten heat, but I still made it anyway. I will admit that.
I f***ed up. It wasn't an attempt to blowback on the mod ruling last month, it was lazy me, not thinking clearly. I apologize for that. And it is more than fair to point my hypocrisy when involved with the OP. That was my fault as well, and I take full responsibility. This of course happening not long after I was flagrant with the board rules a couple weeks back as well, so I really should have thought this through.
The last thing I'd want is for these threads to be taken down because of me. And ANYONE who knows of how important this board and these threads are to me know that I mean that when I say it.

that's part of the problem that's led to my post. every time we've asked for stuff to be toned down, it is for a short while and then begins again, it was less than two months before it started up again. we dont want to stop these threads from being here, but if they keep heading towards the gutter then it's time for them to come to an end.
