She never was.
Though hearing him say "lass" and looking at his hairstyle and color, I think Rockhoof would probably get along well with the wrestler everypony seems to be talking about, "The Mare" or whatever she's called.

 Ocellus did not do anything wrong in this episode. She just reiterated what they learned in the past lessons. How should she know that Rockhoof would use it for his assisted suicide plan? |
