Finished episode 4 today. This show rules.
It's not the most substantially packed thing or anything but it's been a real blast so far. Looking forward to seeing where it goes.

I want a full, Baby Yoda plushie. Not one with a vinyl head, but a proper plush. In 1:1 scale. Why won't you take my money, Disney?

Looks like the Pop's pretty much sold out. I happened to randomly check Amazon, and saw they were up for pre-order. I got 2, one is for a friend.

Chapter 5 is up... Without spoiling it, very familiar shot at about the 3 and a half minute mark. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}You could say it’s where all this started 42 years ago. Finished the episode... hmm.. wondering if something from the Chuck Wendig trilogy of books “Star Wars: Aftermath” will play into this {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Not apart of the main story in the books, but there are some interludes set on Tatooine. The books explain that the Sarlaac was injured from the Jabba’s sailbarge explosion in Return of the Jedi.. that led to Jawas looting weapons and items that fell into the pit. The books imply that Boba Fett’s Mandalorian armor was among the items looted. The armor is purchased (well stolen) by a guy named Cobb Vanth and becomes a self appointed sheriff of a small Tatooine outpost. I will keep it there. But check out the trilogy of those books if you want to know more..,

Holy shit what an episode. I just thought it was perfect. And concise. Paced beautifully. Hated Toro the second I saw him. Guessing by design, Cat was well cast. Ya just fall in love with the Child more and more, and I know it’s easy bait but it’s just designed and handled perfectly. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}How dare that piece of shit hold him hostage at the end!.. Loved that opening space battle. LOVED the speeders I got mad flashbacks to playing Shadows of The Empire. Again, the score is superb. “Wait I dont wear any beskar..” “Nope” Lmao.. Some absolute beautiful shots throughout when moments were taken. And suspense was allowed to build. And that end. I need. Moar. Now! I thought Dave Filoni absolutely killed it.

Couple of fun things I noticed: {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}In the Cantina in A New Hope it was forbidden for Droids to enter... now there is one working behind the bar. PROGESS.
And the giant Praying Mantis is still a customer. Although you have to keep your eyes peeled in the Special Edition of A New Hope .. but he is there.

{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Anybody else look for a blaster scorch on the wall behind Toro? Sure, it would'n't have made much sense for it to be there for 8-9 years without somebody repairing it, but it's not like that cantina is a high-class establishment.

You cast a badass like Ming-Na Wen and then have some douche kill her character immediately?

Definitely a lil disappointing that’s all we’ll get. Abd I’m just kidding bout the guy haha..definitely got cast cause he brought upon that kind of presence. And I thought the show did a good job of leaving ya guessing his loyalty despite telegraphing it.

I avoided learning cast info until I had watched them all.
I knew his voice but couldn't figure out who was in the helmet. Pascal was awesome in GoT. Ming-Na Wen is indeed still a hottie.
Baby Yoda is what we all need.

Ming-Na Wen is indeed still a hottie. She's an immortal. 800 years from now, she'll still be around and looking exactly the same.

Another great episode. Nice to see a space battle, those are always fun.
I like how the prequel trilogy isn't been ignored. We've seen flashbacks of Super Battle Droids, and now the Podrace Droids. Nice to drop by on Tatooine again, the most iconic Star Wars planet.
Would be cool to visit Hoth at some point, the ruins of the rebel base with wrecked walkers and stuff would be a fun setting for a battle.
