WWE isn't really promoting her appearance, right? Kind of a huge missed opp if so... Shes the current women's champ of the highest rated show in the company. I mean anytjing more, and they may as well play full clips shes in Yeah, but it's a huge show and WWE usually loves to latch onto pop culture trends that make them more relevant. If they don't mention it on tonight's SD they're crazy.

{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}I really love how they answered nearly every question I had about Din since the series started in the simplest manner possible.
Why does he not know the Jedi? Why doesn't he take his helmet off when nearly every Mando we've seen does?
For the first question: Death Watch probably suppressed any mention of the Jedi to him because that's a source of shame for Mandalore. Their armor was primarily designed to fend off Jedi attacks and, from the sounds of things, they failed. So, it would be better to not remind the new generation they're trying to create of that shame. Ironically, they conditioned Din the same way Palpatine conditioned the empire about the Jedi.
And how does he not know of the many instances where Mandos have taken their helmets off? He probably does but, the people who raised him brainwashed him into believing their not real Mandalorians because "That is just not the way of Mandalore the Great."
Compare that to how needlessly complicated J.J. Abrams mad Rey's origin story. What with Palpatine, and Sith Assasins, and parents selling her off because they "loved her", etc. It left me with more questions than answers.
With the explanation of Din's origin, I have zero questions now about his past. Now the questions are all about what he's going synthesize his raising with everything he's learning now.

Mandalorian is carrying Disney+.
Other than The Mandalorian, Disney+'s original shows suck. The service has little to offer besides nostalgia and movies people have already watched.

{Spoiler}I love seeing Katee Sackhoff play the live action Bo-Katan. She was excellent as her VA in Clone Wars and Rebels and she's just as great on here. There's a whole slate of Marvel shows that will change that in the not-too-distant future.

Yeah, pretty fun episode and sort of a nice change of pace from some of the other episodes. Looking forward to seeing the next episode since that seems to be a pretty big one for Clone Wars fans.

Also should mention, super surprised to see Bryce Dallas Howard I guess kind of follow in her Dad’s footsteps and directing something Star Wars.

She was one of the returning first season directors, so I guess she impressed some people at LucasFilm and/or Disney. Wouldn't be shocked to see her get something bigger with them before too long.

I completely forgot that so hey, that’s cool they brought her back.

I know it’s also a cop out at this point to use it as an “excuse” but I’m going to say COVID messed up a lot of Disney+ plans and the fact they at least could put out some of their movies and now are looking to restructure their entire theatrical strategy around it is probably what’s going to keep it going after 2020.

My six year-old son has just told me he wakes up early before school so he can watch Mando. Guess I'm getting him a Mandalorian helmet for Christmas.

Ughhhhh this show was going so well up until now. A stand-alone story with no baggage from the rest of the universe and better off for it, and then along comes this f***ing episode bringing back Clone Wars characters nobody cares about, hunting for the f***ing edgelord lightsaber nobody cares about.

Moon Knight will when it comes out but, that won't be for a while. Maybe "What If?" depending on the route the stories go.

Kinda agree with this Ashoka was just “okay” Total filler episode but that’s expected. Glad the mom and her babies made it out okay. Was it me or was that not even Sasha Banks’ real voice? In the one line of dialogue she had

I..... Don't agree. Saying nobody cares about it really has no evidence behind it. I'm sure you don't care for the clone wars, but there's a reason it got a sort-of sequel series in Rebels and was brought back for one last season. I think there's probably a sizable portion of the fan base that cares and wants to see more.

I haven’t watched a single second of either Clone Wars or Rebels and even I know that people are geeking out over all this stuff. And baggage from the rest of the universe? They literally teased Boba freakin’ Fett at the start of the season.
