{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}Judging by a recent tweet, the apparent goal is for Peacemaker to be a twisted Captain America spoof, so he’s either going to be a villain co-protagonist the whole way a la Thanos, or he’ll grow and develop as a person. But he’s clearly never going to be the Boy Scouts that Steve Rogers and Sam Wilson are. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Maybe it’ll be like U.S Agent but on roids (figuratively, not a Cena-steroid joke) Also: We really, really don't deserve David Dastmalchian. He also killed it hosting Fangoria's Chainsaw Awards on Shudder this year (dude is a huge horror fan apparently). I want nothing but all the good things for this man.

Birds of Prey was a lot of fun. Like even if one had some sort of dislike for it being a bit of DC wants something like Deadpool, Ewan McGregor chewing every bit of scenery was very entertaining. The critics and certain audiences being apt to love every female centric movie? Guess that Elizabeth Banks Charlie's Angels missed the meeting on that one. I feel like I gave it a fair shot but I just couldn’t see what everyone else did. It wasn’t awful but it was the epitome of the criticism DC has gotten for trying to be edgy. Trim a few f-bombs and there is no reason that movie couldn’t have been PG-13. I feel like The Suicide Squad “earned” the R for reasons beyond being edgy. I'm still kind of confused why Joker needed an R rating too. That's why I said earlier in the thread it's hard to judge where rated R movies are going to fall, I was almost expecting somewhere along the lines of BoP or something, and then five minutes in, had to re-align my thinking because I wasn't prepared for the level of gore with this one hahaha.

Polk a dot most likely survived. When the Starro arm came down, Polk a dot probably shot a bunch of dots in a fear induced panic. It made a hole big enough for him to fit in and not get crushed. The arm innards were sticky and Polk a dot got stuck on the arm when it went back up. The remaining Suicide members didn't notice afterwards because they pretty much left immediately when the chopper came in. So he's still alive! You can't convince me otherwise! No, you're crazy! *looks up from own in depth thoughts on how Captain Boomerang survived after all of that* ... I approve of all that you said there.

Saw it tonight. Made me laugh a lot. The Dislocating Man or whatever his name was made me laugh hard.
Loved King Shark.

Guy’s been such a good low-key actor for a while now, especially in bit parts. I’m glad this showcased him so much.

Just watched it a third time. Still love it. {Spoiler} Except for the Starro baby part that irrationally bugs me. Harley should be slicing the things out of the air with her javelin and Polka Dot should be incinerating them with dots. Surviving by weakly swatting the air around them is so dumb!

This move also rules because {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Douchebag ass, awful ass Pete Davidson dies with the quickness. {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}I saw an article that theorized that not only did Waller know that Blackguard had betrayed the team, she actually facilitated it, and it made the point that Blackguard is so low intelligence that there was no way he could have arranged a betrayal to the point that Waller wouldn't know immediately. And the fact that in hindsight that makes a lot of sense is a testament to how Gunn and Davidson ran the character in the movie. In about 4 minutes of screentime, you absolutely can't wait to see that douche get his face get blasted off.

There's no way in hell he'd be able to come up with a super awesome covert backstab sellout plan. Couple that with him stupidly just waltzing into the open and drawing attention to himself furthers the point. I bet you Waller looked at his attempts and thought, "Wait, I can use that...let it continue."

Waller straight up says she needed a distraction on that beach so Bloodsport's team could make it ashore in total secrecy. The only way Flag's team can actually be a distraction is if the army know that they're coming and are laying in wait, so she sends Flag with some cannon fodder and just enough heavy hitters to make it look like that was the real attack while the real team sneak ashore unmolested.

So yeah...dude isn't a sharp knife at all.

It’s like Hogan being the bad guy inSuburban Commando He plays a really good villain which from people in wrestling is what people have wanted from him for years but the movies, yeah he can do this and he's not wasting his chance Nobody likes a show off unless the show off is dope as f*** is a funny ass line and he was on point with everything.
