Looks cool enough and that is pretty much entirely for Keaton who still got it.

That shot at like 2 seconds of Ezra in the flash suit looks so bad , I know people for a long while gave CW Flash shit for his suit , the cowl specifically but it looks miles better than this and it is entirely because of the lack of chin strap gives me reminder to I think it was season 5 when we got helmet flash.

Which really makes no sense because all of the other DECU suits have been great! I get if they're not to anybody's particular tastes but I don't think you could class any of them as bad. I always thought the Aquaman armor would look pretty bad in live-action but they nailed that.

Okay? Which DCEU suits do you think were badly made or ill-fitting for the character? Again, I'm not talking about personal preference here so if the answer is Superman should always be in trunks then that's just a preference (that I agree with, btw. But I still can't knock the DCEU Superman suits for how they looked on screen.)

Aquaman and Wonder Woman's suits looked solid. Superman's was fine, though I'd prefer trunks. I guess it counts as DCEU, but the Shazam suits look good, too. A lot of the Black Adam suits looked decent.

Batman, Cyborg, and Flash's looked awful. And I love Sasha Calle, but Supergirl's suit looks like one of those cheap printed cosplay bodysuits.

As far as The Flash's costume goes specifically, the TV show's suits have always been nice looking without being super-busy like the DCEU suits.

I don't agree with your assertion that the loss of Superman's trunks isn't a valid criticism. It's more then just personal preference, the loss of the trunks destroys a person's perception of that costume. Without them to break up the color scheme instead of your eyes immediately focusing in on his chest emblem they focus on his giant blue crotch. There's also the over-textualized nature of the material to try to make it look like armor, and the fact the movie somehow makes it look both too shiny and too dull at the same time.

In general the costumes are over-designed messes in an attempt to make them look like armor. Flash got the worst of it. Traditionally a fairly simple design, in the DCEU it's just loaded with pointless lines and bobbles and kibble. Cyborg is almost as bad, looking like someone took a crumpled up ball of aluminum foil and stretched it out into the general shape of a human being.

Aquaman's costume isn't bad, but it just doesn't work for Jason Momoa. They might have gotten away with it if they had cast someone with a more traditional Aquaman look, but on Momoa that shiny gold scaley armor and green pants just looked garish against his skin tone and features. I'm not saying they should have cast a blonde, blue-eyed white guy to play Aquaman, I'm just saying that version of the costume would've worked better on one.

Even though his current suit is the most comic accurate , this has always been my favourite suit from The Flash not too busy and everything is perfectly form fitting all that was missing was brightening up the red and adding the gold boots at the time.

Pretty much where I stand. I actually prefer the trunkless look for Superman, though the heavily desaturated colours spoiled it. The suit looked great in the Whedon cut of Justice League.

Cyborg looked f***ing terrible, and Flash's suit is way too busy. Granted, I think it's basically impossible to make Flash's suit work in live action (the CW suits all look terrible to me), so there's probably not much that can be done that can convince me otherwise.

The less said about Joker and Harley, the better. The Arkham City-inspired outfit Harley wore in the first act of TSS was pretty dope though.
