It’s always good to know other ways to make money.
I’ve written freelance before but the pay is usually pretty bad for how much work you put in.
Also, if you live in a major city or just a place that has a lot of garage sales/free stuff you can pick stuff up for cheap/nothing then sell it online. Some technophobes don’t really care and would rather just throw their stuff out then bother with online stuff.

I hobby farm. I basically break even on costs. But remember that due to taxes and such it's actually a "good thing". I more or less get all my outdoor toys "for free".
I could make real money if I sold off my wild mushrooms, walnuts, hickory nuts, berries, apples, cherry, plums, firewood and hunting rights. But it's more fun to just feed the extended family/friends and have a place outside to play.

I sell plasma. It's awesome, I make like 300 bucks a month for like 8 hours of sitting down.

A friend showed me the place. If I were you I would just google plasma along with whatever city you live in. Something should come up.

Books... lots of places selling books for a quarter each. Just know what books are OOP. Buy for cheap and sell for a much higher price. Works well locally cause there isn't much demand for books. So I am usually one of the few looking at them in thrifts.
Last year got almost 400 horror fiction books for free off LetGo. All I had to do was meet the guy at his place. Within 3 months had sold about 100 of them and mAde 300 bucks.

I think Googling something and seeing what comes up is everyone’s default first thing they do these days. I tried before, but no luck.

I used to have a Etsy shop that where I sold crochet goodies. Haven't really had time to mess with it lately, though. Other than that, I use apps like Receipt Hog, Shopkick, and Fetch Rewards to get Amazon gift cards.

I do web design for small businesses and creative folk, as well as selling custom-designed t-shirts. I'm generally pretty busy with my regular job, so both my sides are relatively infrequent.

I do alright on survey sites like swagbucks, instagc, prizerebel, grabpoints, irazoo, points2shop. It's a decent way to buy extra stuff on Amazon, and most of them have paypal options. Just have to keep from getting discouraged if surveys DQ, because luck comes and goes with them sometimes.

I sell plasma. It's awesome, I make like 300 bucks a month for like 8 hours of sitting down. I used to do that too. I lived in a boarding house so the $200 a month from plasma paid my rent and bills. Then the 2 full time jobs paid for school, food, and fun. Now I assemble stuff, mostly furniture. I work for a grocery supplier and we have an assortment of patio furniture we sell a lot of certain times of the year. I have a couple stores that call me up and have me come out and assemble it for them. I bring my wife so we blow through it pretty quick and come out with some good cash.

Author. Though currently, perhaps always, it's more of an I love it thing than a money deal as there isn't much cash in self-publishing, and self-advertising, and self-everything else. If I never made another dime, I'd still put stuff out there as I'm thrilled to have a story enjoyed by even 'a' person.

Pick a collectible you know well. Like I do with books, comics and VHS. There is lots of stuff in them that have good value, but only hardcore fans know it.
For example. 2 years ago was in a thrift. Saw a VHS copy of A History of Violence. Knew this was the last released to stores VHS. So grabbed it cause it was only a quarter. Sold it earlier this year for 100 bucks. Or like comics. Even most comic shops only know DC and Marvel. So you can find Indy comics in the cheap bins that you can flip quick. Like my LCS HAS cheap bins. Buck a comic. I grabbed 2 issues ,first prints,of the first Tick comic. These I sold for 10 bucks each. Same LCS I grabbed the final issue Eclipse printed of Miracleman. So far Marvel hasn't reprinted this issue. It guides for 50 to 60. I have mine up for sale for 45.

I teach judo - with a pinch of some other grappling - and boxing.
Money sucks, but it's fun.
