Been awhile since I seen her but she goes by the name of Sewpoke.

22. Snips Represented: Serbia Finished 3rd in Group E 3 points 2 goals scored 4 goals received Snips certainly did not enter this world cup with a lack of enthusiasm. However, an enthusiastic attitude is not enough sometimes to train a soccer team as shown here when Snips did not manage to equal the success of his best friend Snails. Snips: "Who knows, maybe I should have tried copying Snails's approach. He certainly was successful with it. Oh well, at least there was cake and cookies at Snails's celebration party so not everything was bad!"

Scootaloo Represented: Nigeria Finished 3rd in Group D 3 points 3 goals scored 4 goals received It had to hit one of the CMC...and unfortunately it was Scootaloo in this case who has the lowest ranking of the CMC in this tournament. Despite doing everything she learned from Rainbow Dash on how to be a good coach, she was unsucessful, causing the Super Eagles to become grounded like her. Scootaloo: "I guess imitating Rainbow Dash was not the best idea. If there's anything I learned from this season, its that I should be my own filly more than anything else instead of emulating others. Maybe next time I will do it 40% cooler than I did it here. At least, I can be happy for the higher rankings of my best friends."

Regarding those shorts...do they work as standalone shorts or would I get more mileage out of them if I watched "The Best Gift Ever" first?

Those shorts, despite their opening title card, have no real connection to the "Best Gift Ever" special except what season they take place in. They can easily be watched without seeing that.

Ok, so Winona is Applejack's dog and obviously cant talk, but if that's the case, why do the diamond dogs talk? They're both dogs. I'm not trying to paraphrase Stand By Me here either, I mean, there's no talking gators or bunnies around, so why is there one type of dog that can talk and one that can only bark?

It's just how this world works.
I mean you have ponies, cows and sheep that are sapient but then have deer (at least if you go by the TV Show canon), giraffes etc. that are wild beasts.
